Picking a best on the menu is like picking your favorite child; fall-off-the-bones ribs, tender, tasty smokey brisket, delicious burnt-ends almost have to be eaten with a spoon. Choices, choices. For sides, interesting, excellent cole slaw, fries, and WOW beans. (I would love to be a judge of a contest for BBQ beans that grace KC. Another star in the plentiful KC BBQ firmament."
