"I visited a customer who brought me to this little café. What I found was a culinary explosion of taste buds. In the first night I had the (Where)Manly Burger (yes, I was three days in town and tried five burgers, please don't say my wife). This burger mixes avocado, bacon, grilled onion, some pepper, cheese, classic salad and tomatoes, and one of the best house sauces I've ever tasted. This was paired with homemade potato chips that were perfectly crisp and not too salty. My escort coach ordered her Mushroom Burger and shared a piece. I am usually not a mushroom fan, but the marinade combined with feta and avocado plus their sauce almost converts me to consider vegetarianism. Day two for lunch I built my own burger. The hearty burger was better, but I enjoyed tasting her SW sauce with freshly cut and grilled jalapeno peppers and her sweetly grilled onions. This dish I tried to be health and had their mixed greens that were perfectly seasoned with their house dressing. I could be part vegetarian in this restaurant. Somehow they make the fresh products very delicious. This evening, I tried the Sweet Sour Chicken Burger with her handcuffs...not disappointed. Three for three, this is a real test for me. On the third day, my last day, I mixed things and had their Bacon Green Onion Omelett with home potatoes. These potatoes are the third best I've ever eaten. They are perfectly crisp, tasty, and the omelets are beautifully prepared. The right combination of cheese, bacon and green onions. Since this is the only time I will probably dinate in this cafe (I live in Washington, long street, but it could be worth it), I have a double bacon cheeseburger with special sauce to go. Again, no disappointment. This burger was a classic burger. No imagination heat, or mix of unknown aromas, but tastefully non-the-less. So if you are looking for a great burger in Benicia or SF Bay Area. I recommend Capitol Cafe."
