"We had a very pleasant culinary experience at Blue Ridge Brewery. Blue Ridge Brewery offers an upscale atmosphere with a variety of things to eat and drink from the menu. But don't let the brewery kill you. This is not your typical beer and hot dog joint. The menu is eclectic and even a bit sophisticated. Blue Ridge Brewery has a variety of beers both on tap and filled. I decided to have some locals, I went for their Belgian trip and wantedless to say it was NOT disappointed. My wife had the Tank 7 Farm House Ale (Saisson) that she wasn't crazy, but I enjoyed (after all that ends my wife's drinks when she doesn't like her, is one of my many tasks as a man). We also tried the Sergeevna Stout and while I really enjoyed it, my wife didn't like it enough to order it. I guess I'll have to try this next time. Anyway, I find it hard to believe that there is a beer on tap that we would be disappointed with, based on what we tried. I will say that I was amazed, how many different craft beers Blue Ridge Brewery does not have to offer many places carrying a Trappist Ale, for example. We had our two teenagers with us and we all ordered burgers. The meat was delicious and very tasteful. Unfortunately, the Blue Ridge Brewery is so uplifted that with its burgers, which was kind of a bummer for us, they don't offer as easy as French fries. After we said that, we ordered all sides of roasted potatoes that were excellent, like the salads we had. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant. You can sit at the bar when you choose (no children under 21, sorry) and there are both indoor and outdoor seats. Since it was a beautiful day out, we sat outside and had a great time. I can imagine a band or an acoustic guitar player appearing on a Friday that would make the food even better. The lower line is that if you are looking for a good beer and a good burger, do not let this place go up. We hope to be back in town next time."

"RACIST SPOT!! DO NOT GO IF YOU ARE NOT WHITE! THEY WILL REFUSE TO SERVE YOU OR WILL TREAT YOU HORRIBLY.I’ve tried going into this restaurant on two occasions: the first time in 2020 and the second time was today, 4/25/22. On both occasions, the staff all but refused to serve us. My wife and are POC’s. We’re Hispanic Americans. The first time we went there, we walked in and no one greeted us until one worker came up to us and asked “oh are you looking for the bathroom?” What reason would she assume that we were there for the rest room instead of dining in? Then when we said no, they told us it’d be a 30 minute wait even though there were several open tables. When I went up to the hostess to write my name down, she didn’t even acknowledge me at all. So we left.Assuming that time was a fluke, I tried to go again today. When we pulled up, there was a group of four Caucasian patrons talking out front. They then walked in and were sat. When we then walked up to the door, the workers whispered in eachother’s ears and gave us dirty looks. They didn’t say anything to us until we greeted them first. They then reluctantly told us they can only seat us outside right now, but there were several tables empty inside. I then mentioned that I had just seen four guys walk in right before us. The employees then looked at each other and one of them responded, “those guys are employees.” They were absolutely not employees. The four men didn’t have on uniforms and they were wearing jeans and baseball caps with sunglasses. Clearly the employee was lying. After they responded that, me and my wife just walked away. It’s clear that this spot has no desire to serve anyone not white. I realize that GA is the Old South, but Blue Ridge is practically metro Atlanta. No need for this level of racism in 2022.0/5."
