"I placed an online order to be picked up at 8:25. When I walked in at 8:25, there were four customers waiting to pickup their online orders and two people in line. I called to cancel my order (which I was still charged for- I called today and they did refund it) and stood in line. As I stood there, I observed three kids/employees working hard. However, it was very obvious that no one was in charge. One girl was doing her best to make online orders as the customers walked in. One boy, who did an amazing job at helping customers in line and mixed the ice cream well (he earned a tip from me). The third boy was, very clearly, a new hire and needs more training. I am so sad that no management member was there to help train this kid who was trying his best, but needed help. When I called today to get my online orders refunded, I spoke with the owner. She quickly refunded my order. I then tried to talk to her about my experience, in an effort to praise the young man who did great and to try to help the other boy get more training. Her only response was ?okay, thanks. Bye?. I am floored that, as an owner, you wouldn?t want to see who to praise and who to support. As a wife of a GM at a restaurant, it makes me so sad to see the lack of support. I will no longer support this store."
