"I really hate to leave a bad review for this establishment. I was really excited to try this restaurant since I had previously read such great reviews. I made my visit here on July 8, 2020. I ordered 56.00 worth of food which were 3 quesadilla meals, chicken strip meal, and a side of macaroni and sweet potatoes. The quesadillas and chicken we're fine. The part that I'm dissatisfied with was the sweet potatoes and macaroni and cheese. The sweet potatoes appeared boiled, skinned, and placed in the container. No flavor, mushy and very stringy. The macaroni and cheese were NOT cheesy, bland, and had bell peppers inside. I called and talked to a young man over the phone who I believe was the same gentleman who took my order. I explained that I understand establishments have bad days and maybe they forgot to add the additional ingredients. He explained that the particular day was extremely busy for them and they ran out of ingredients to make certain items (hence there was NOTHING in the sweet potatoes and the Macaroni barely had cheese). Im puzzled because he could have easily told me they were sold out of the above items. I told the man over the phone that I didn't want a refund, I only wanted the 2 items on a different day. Again, im very understanding and know people can make mistakes. He pretty much told me I could come back, but I would have to pay. The experience wasn't too bad, and I may give them another chance in the future to make things right. I just feel I should have at least had my items replaced on a later date."
