"This location has gone downhill. My wife and I ordered a simple dinner, and nearly everything about it was wrong. And our waiter , Brennan, was nearly impossible to get ahold of. I had to rely on the other wait staff to help with my order. Neither Brennan or whom ever is cooking any whats on the menu because i ordered chicken fried chicken, and it came out with no gravy on the chicken. I questioned him about it, and he said it did not infact come with gravy. So after he left, i looked up the menu online and showed my wife infact it does come with it. By now, i am nearly done eating it, so I said screw it. Also, the fried ocra side was reheated way too many times. Super chewy and cold. Now, I'm using the bathroom before i leave, and it's filthy. I would not recommend this particular Cracker Barrel anymore. The one on 19 is much better. This Cracker Barrel is like a cheap interstate truckstop now."
