"You can find some other things here that you can’t at a normal giant eagle, but it’s nothing special tbh. I will say, inspect fruit before buying it. Strawberries were on sale…turns out there was MOLD in each package. Good thing I inspected. It’s honestly disgusting to try to sell that to people when there’s mold on it and you all really should be ashamed of yourselves. I would’ve told an associate but it seems almost impossible at times to find someone walking around. But it seems like when I use self checkout, they all come out from hiding. I was watched closely by employees more than once when checking out. Can’t help but think it was race motivated. I’ll have you all know that I don’t steal and I make more than enough to afford your overpriced groceries. I’m the daughter of a retired state police and even if I wasn’t, my skin color doesn’t make me a criminal. Smh. Lastly, I always put my cart in a corral or give it to someone collecting the carts. I gave it to the associate who was walking towards me anyways to come get my cart, and he just gives me a dirty look takes the cart and doesn’t say a word. I loudly said to him YOU’RE WELCOME. I guess he wanted me to make his job harder and just leave it in the parking lot somewhere. Please, do better."
