"This bothers me to write a bad review for this place because it use to be my favorite restaurant back in the day. However, tonight 's experience was the worst experience I 've ever had at a restaurant! It all started when the one pregnant waitress (who wasn 't even our waitress) talked about us at their waitress station and then gave me the dirtiest look I 've ever seen. I didn 't do anything to deserve that! The only thing we were commenting about was how long our food was taking to come out. That didn 't warrant another waitress to give me an evil look! I even ordered a side salad and 30 minutes later, still no salad! No one at our table even ordered a meal, only apps. When the waitress did what she did, I asked to speak to the owner. The owner (I think his name was Brian), came out and started to tell us we were only sitting there waiting on our food for 26 minutes (according to his system). I explained that was wrong because it may have taken her long to input the order. Then I told him I no longer wanted the salad (that still didn 't come out) because I was no longer hungry, I was sick to my stomach with the way I was treated. He told me he would comp the salad. I told him I still don 't want it. In turn, they STILL brought the salad out. I told him no again. I started eating my wings that finally came out and I started to get a reaction, a blister in my mouth. I stopped eating them right away. I 've had these flavor wings before and never had a reaction before??? Everything I ate tonight I 've had before. The other waitress decided to come near our table by cleaning tables that were already clean! At least I hope they were since they had clean napkin and silverware on them! She also did my biggest pet peeve, which she took the rag she was using on the already clean tables, used it on the booth chair, and then cleaned the tables with the same rag! Kids stand on those booths, gross!!!! Finally we asked for the checks. Well, they couldn 't even get that right! They overcharged me for my clams. Then she brings out the fixed copy and now it 's even more than the first check! Oh GOD get me out of here! I tried explaining to the waitress it was still wrong, well she didn 't understand and got the owner again. Oh here we go again! The owner come out, didn 't even ask what the matter was, instead starts telling me that my son indeed ordered the boneless wings. WHAT?!?!??!!!!!! First of all, that 's not why you were called out. Second of all, NO ONE ordered boneless wings! Or waitress even came back to our table to verify that before placing our order in their system! He continued to argue with me about the wings, your son told the waitress he wanted boneless . I don 't know how that 's even possible since I ordered my son 's meal for him and, as I said, she verified that no one wanted boneless!!!! My son NEVER spoke to the waitress about his food at all! At this point I wanted out of there so bad! Then, on my way out I told the other waitress that I didn 't appreciate her talking about us and didn 't like the evil look she gave me. Do you think she apologized? NO!!! Instead, she started arguing with me saying stuff like, oh, you aren 't going to talk to me like that . Like what??? Like a customer? I didn 't say anything other than not appreciating her taking about us and her dirty look! Do you think the owner stuck up for me, the customer? No, he said I had to go! What a nightmare!!!! This place use to be so good. It 's gone downhill big time! Even the last two times we were there weren 't good, but we gave them more chances to redeem themselves. Worst mistake of my life! I will never be back unless under new owners."
