"This location used to be amazing but they 've gone downhill and I have no idea why. The past 3 times I 've ordered from here my order has been wrong. The smoothie is the only thing they 've gotten right consistently, but tonight I ordered a chicken bacon ranch Flatbread with sun chips and a Caribbean jerk chicken wrap with baked lays. Both chips were wrong, I got a soggy mess of a chicken bacon ranch that was mainly tomatoes, and then another Flatbread that... I 'm not even sure what it is. I called to let them know, and their response, although bless her heart she sounded like she had no clue what she was doing, was Come in next time and let someone know you 've talked to us and we will give you two free meals. I 've written your name down. I 'm not sure why I can 't be refunded or why you can 't credit my account since I ordered through the app? Plus, not sure I 'll be getting food again from this location. You get 1 star for the smoothies still tasting good, and 1 star for the smoothies not being wrong. Other than that though, yikes!"
