"Parents were visiting from out of of town, first time visiting MN. Our first pick was Tequila Butcher. The evening started off well, friendly bartender/waiter. Ordered 3 taco combo which was missing one. Not a huge deal. Once the missing item was presented, the food runner knocked over a drink, all over my father. We asked to speak to a manager, like most would. The bartender returned stating there was no manager on duty, and we could email a manager to voice our concern. I asked, who is in charge and who can make a dissicion on finding a resolution to the issue of my father now having to sit in wet clothes for the rest of the evening. Bartender stated, she will come back with a more seasoned bartender . So they are telling me there is nobody in charge of the restaurant? Seasoned bartender returned with the bill stating, we have taken off the tacos and a drink for the trouble and would appreciate us to no longer return to the restaurant due to harassing the bartender/waiter. When has asking for a manager harassment? I have never been so offended eating at a restaurant. When questioning the seasoned bartender, Ben of why we are no longer allowed back, he walked away stating, he will get someone else. Now we are dealing with a cook in a black apron. Ben was no where to be seen and we were asked to leave. Such a waste and disappointment. Really liked this restaurant but with this kind of childish management I will never return."
