"We stopped visiting Ethan's Cafe on a road trip over Pennsylvania, and it was a happy surprise lunch break along I-80. The food was surprisingly good, very fresh, thoughtful prepared, with plenty of portions. We tried three different sandwiches. The patty melt was not greasy as they can often be, the rye bread was nicely grilled, and the whole sandwich was quite tasteful. The BLT had a decent tomatoes and good bacon, served on crispy toast. The tuna salad in the tuna melt was very delicious, with beautiful, crunchy celery bits, served on sourdough toast. On the side we had carrot and celery stalls, and one side of Dune Fries, with cheese and bacon pieces. The coffee menu offers a winding range of seasoned latte. The service was super friendly, and the facility was clean and welcoming. A great place for lunch!"
