"The Greek Grill Experience Call In/Pick-up Edition). On this night, I wanted something light and fresh, which screamed Greek. I have never eaten at the Greek Grill, so I thought I would try them out. So I called and placed an order for their Chicken Souvlaki Platter that comes with two chicken skewers, Greek salad, pita bread, and a side choice. I ordered a Greek salad for my side and a side of tzatziki sauce. The individual I placed my order with was polite and friendly and gave me a 10 minute wait time to pick up my food. Once I arrived, I pulled to the drive-through window and paid for my food. Again, the customer service was excellent. Once getting home and ready to eat, I enjoyed the salad dressing. It had a hint of sweetness, not like most dressings for Greek salads. The pita bread was warm and fresh. The chicken skewers were seasoned so well, but I kept biting into chicken cartilage. It was multiple pieces on the skewer, which was disappointing. At this time, I am unsure if I would go back to the Greek Grill. Maybe if I were ordering a salad minus the chicken, probably. However, to have chicken with that many pieces of cartilage tell me this is a daily occurrence of how this place prepares its chicken skewers. Nevertheless, the customer service was outstanding, and my food was ready promptly. I'm just unsure this place is for me."
