"My hubby and I decided to dine in because we have so many kids and wanted to dine at home with them. I will say, yes we decided to order on one of the busiest days. I know, not a smart choice but a choice I made. Anyways, we ordered the blooming onion, sirloin 16 oz with mashed potatoes and broccoli, loaded fries, side order of ribs, and prime rib. We did have a little mix up with our order when I went to pick it up but it was resolved quickly. I think their customer service was excellent! My few complaints were my sirloin was not medium rare, the blooming onion had parts that the batter was not cooked and no sauce for it, and I am not sure if the prime rib comes with horseradish sauce or not, but he missed the sauce. Otherwise the food was decent and they threw in a surprise for us of shrimp and cheese bread. Thank you! <3"
