"Very disappointing. This place used to be excellent, but it has gone down hill badly. The last two times I've been there seem like it's under new management in a VERY bad way! I'm not sure what they're trying to pass off as meat, but the steak burritos definitely do not have steak in them. Really don't know why I went back after the last time, but I won't be going there anymore!!!"

"Second time here first time I had the pizza which was awesome this time I tried the lasagna. Because a family member had brought some home from her leftovers and it tasted awesome so I wanted to try it fresh not sure why but maybe the lunch portion is different from the dinner portion because mine did not have as much cheese on it and the portion was much smaller the bread they gave me was nice and fresh not sure if they baked themselves. Would definitely return to try some of the other items the spaghetti and meatballs looked awesome.thanks left a 40% tip.:"

"I love going to the bend and have going there for at least 30 years. Great chicken dinners,. A half chicken, with a giant breast, perfectly fried, with fries, and slaw. Burgers special on Wednesday. And Lana and Lori are the two hardest working bartenders in Coloma. Dave usually runs Kareoke on Friday, and Saturday night with eccentric mix of singers, myself included. And my dog Libby is the official Bend emotional support animal. She loves going to karaoke and running around the bar meeting new people, if it's not too crowded. Usually in the winter. If I could give the Bend six stars I would."

"I am a long time resident of the area and have been coming here off and on for over 50 years. I am impressed with the complete makeover of The Waterfront Restaurant, the elegant interior dining room is very tastefully redone, The exterior dining area overlooking the lake is also well done and a treat to sit and enjoy a drink or a meal watching boats go by or the sunsetting. Last night I did just that and the food was delicious. We ordered several items from the menu and all of them were excellent. I will be back for not only the Sunday Brunch, but for Dinner as well. Highly recommend The Waterfront restaurant experience."

"My husband CALLED to make sure they would be OPEN so he could get some food. He was 6 minutes away.....he pulled in as she was shutting off the lights. She told him that she worked her 27 hours this week and if she works any more she will lose her unemployment.......THIS THIS is what is wrong with America. "I am proud to say Ive LOVED soulards since before she opened her new shop! Great experience with a DELICIOUS chocolate hennessey cake back in january. Yesterday i had a Hawaiian Island bubble tea with peach boba. Today was Blue Curacao bubble tea with Mango Boba. I will be back every day until i try every bubble tea combo the red velvet cakeball melted in my mouth soooo yummy! BUT my favorite thing so far was the yeast glazed donut with the most perfect crumbles of real BACON on top"

"We did an order to go for 2 walleye dinners. once we got home we were very disappointed. Two very small pieces, thinking they cut the filets in pieces. small handful of crinkle fries, mine was mainly ends and pieces, slice of rye bread cut in half,tarter sauce and coleslaw. Wish i would have gotten a pic of this disaster. we will not be ordering again. For $36 dollars wewere not impressed."

Bathroom is also cleaned and tidy.There are bread options, cinnamon rolls, scones, and cookies. "Well they were the only place open so figured we’d try them out. Pretty bad customer service when ordering through the phone. Asked for light cheese and got the response “you know well cheese melts right?” Yes obviously cheese melts.. “The Sauce does not have a good flavor, the dough neither and wasn’t enjoyable. "It is great fast food restaurant where you can get some great sandwiches especially when you on the road. Highway is near by. When you drive from Wisconsin to Illinois or vise verse you can stop here and get great sandwiches or salads. Just one thing (because of covid19) workers in the subway did not wear masks. I am fine with this, but some people I believe will not like it!!! Who knows what kind of germs they can put in your sandwich during preparation process?! They have rubber gloves, but not masks!"

"The Water and Wheat Cafe was AMAZING. The Staff there were super friendly, and helpful. The Food was just amazing, it was perfect here. It was exactly what we were looking for, and wouldn't change anything about this Cafe. Here are a few photos, sorry that the plates have been eaten off of, we were just excited and forgot to do so. I had already eaten all my Vegan Meatball Sub, so no phone there lol. My Wife had the Vegan Spaghetti and Meat Balls and we shared the Vegan Popcorn Cauliflower. Got My Wife a Let's Go Vegan Shirt Wich is an amazing price as well. She absolutely loves it so be sure to pick one up when you go to the Water and Wheat Cafe."
