"The bread I received at this restaurant was supposed to be fresh, but it was anything but! It was so hard that it made my sandwich difficult to eat. Despite there being multiple employees working, only one was on the line preparing food for customers, which seemed odd. Additionally, when I had to instruct the person making my sandwich on how to properly assemble it so that my ingredients would fit, they had difficulty following my instructions and were quite rude to not only customers before me, but also to me."

"this is a hidden gem! it is a retro-food experience that is coordinated with the keystone truck and tractor museum. the facility alone is worth a trip. jessica was our server and she was excellent: friendly and helpful. the sausage biscuit and the gravur was an enormous portion-getting delicious. eggs over light were perfectly cooked and the sausage patty was very good. the croissant cannot recommend. it was hard and dry. otherwise it was a fun experience. we're coming back!"

"On February 3, 2022, at 9:30, I placed a mobile order and was served right away. I made several changes to my order, but everything came out correct. The young lady who assisted me was friendly, and most of the food was hot, with the exception of the nuggets, which were easy to reheat. The location on Williamsburg Road could certainly learn a thing or two from you!"

"We went to Dante’s as a large group of adults and kids after a soccer game for a local tournament. After 20-30 minutes of being seated, we finally got our order taken. The staff was friendly and did the best they could, but the kitchen definitely wasn’t prepared for us even though we were the only ones in the restaurant on a Friday night. It took at least an hour to get our food. For some reason the Philly Cheesesteak came with mayonnaise, so we asked for no mayo. The food didn’t have a ton of flavor and was disappointing. Unfortunately will not be a go-to for us next time we’re in Richmond."

"crates was our waitress, she was absolutely amazing! very attentive to all our needs. that was my first time in a longhorn steakhouse! the district manager was the one who cooks the steaks, we found out. my steak was one of the best steaks I ever had. my rides to the district manager who wasn't head of the district. he knows his things. So the food that my friends ordered they said it was absolutely wonderfully cooked right. even the salate was wonderful. I think if we have a good job, it shows in our cooking art even the salat was wonderful. that means that this place is filled with people who want to appreciate their job and bring the satisfaction with those who come into their restaurant. it was a joy to sit on her table. I'll come back. I would like to thank them so much for the great experience I had with their employees and with the district manager when I complicated him, he was a very humble man. I recommend this longhorn steakhouse 100% whether they are on the go or whether they live in front of location, they must visit this restaurant and give your chef your compliments."

"Their food is amazing, which makes it so upsetting that their staff makes it a terrible experience. Pino’s used to be my favorite Italian restaurant, but here recently it’s just not worth it. In restaurant they are constantly taking orders down wrong, probably because half the staff is always high (I knew someone who worked there who verified this). When I tried to do take out I end up with wrong items as well cheese fries instead of cheese bread, wrong salad, etc. They have also given us trouble using army discount, with tons of attitude. I just wish the people were better so I could enjoy the food. Won’t be going back for awhile."

"We waited for nearly an hour at the restaurant. Unfortunately, my shrimp scampi was cold and had a mushy texture, tasting like an uncooked shrimp cocktail. The air conditioning was on, despite it being a warm day outside, and it was blowing on us both. I typically don't get cold easily, but it was uncomfortably chilly. This was our first time dining out in public in a year, but I don't think we'll be returning to this Red Lobster anytime soon. Our waitress was friendly, but she disappeared and we didn't receive any drink refills or cocktail sauce. It's a shame, but we didn't enjoy our meal. I'm sure the staff did their best though."

"I love their gyro and reuben sandwich, their food tastes better than the average fast food and I personally think Arby's is far underestimated for their quality of food and service. Their prices are appropriate for quality of food and services. Your business location is always clean, up-to-date and modern, but cozy and beautifully decorated. Arby's, in my opinion, is by far the best large chain food restaurant."

"I ordered the D. Select "3" Bourbon Chicken and Lo Mein was sent the driest bourbon chicken and rice instead of the Lo Mein I ordered. The egg roll was $2.09 for one and it was the consistency of dough on the inside but burnt on the outside. Do not waste your money with this place!"

"Grill CIR was a bit difficult to find when not from the area. However, our server and even the front end lady were extremely helpful and kind during our 4 person visit. They were quite friendly and truly cared about our evening meal. They assisted with special accommodations with no fuss and a smile! The food was fantastic with a Butter White Wine sauce Shrimp Scampi and a wonderful Clam Chowder on the side (accommodated mozzarella cheese to top with)! Highly recommend and I would return to try some of their other dishes!"
