"Every time I was with this Dunkin, my order was correct. The staff was polite and prompt. Compared to McD's or Burger King in town, I'm wrong 40-60% of time. BK is so bad that they have permanently lost my patronage. At Dunkin' I can get coffee that tastes like fresh coffee, unlike the sugar bombs at Starbucks. The sandwiches are great, my favorite is ham and cheddar, add bacon for maximum impact. I saw some illegal **** customers. A customer (with teenagers in tow) asked for a drink they didn't have when he said they couldn't make him an employee. The employee with a smile said sadly and asked if she could do anything else for them. Then the customer snored and gave an order. The drink was made as in demand, Then the customer said it was wrong (it was not, I heard the order) then they rushed out mad and let their children get the rest of the order in the store. While the children were embarrassed and the staff were polite. That doesn't sound like a place with bad employees, it sounds like a place with a few vocal ashhole customers. I have also seen some good customers who understand food service can be hard and people sometimes have bad days. These are people with jobs like the rest of us, treating them like people who are not machines. You have families, children, pets, bills like all others. You probably had a job like this or your child. So remember how it was when you were. The next time you feel as fucking as someone on the drive thru or the counter remember that they just try to make it just like you. Be kind and mindful. We're all together to make it harder."
