"we were sitting in a row with a big group and a waitress. she spent a lot of time before her computer, which specifies the commands for the big group. we waited almost 30 minutes before they took menus and another 30 before our food arrived. she neglected to bring our appetizer and our beer when she brought the net. we told her to forget the missing items, but she returned with the appetizer and said it was already cooked. the manager came to the end of our meal and told us that the appetizer was in the house and tried to give us a gift card. Since we crossed the city, we gave away the map. we wouldn't go back anyway. eating was good, but it was so loud in the restaurant that we don't really enjoy our meal"
