"This location has issues on the regular. Once ordered chicken tenders and had to call back to kitchen 3 times before they brought them out and were overcooked. Visited tonight and service was incredibly slow. Every stall was in use and orders were coming out very slowly. Went for 2 slushies and had to wait well over 10 minutes to get them. Not sure what their deal is here. Service: Take out"

Ice is delicious everywhere, but what has made our experience 5 stars was the fact that the young ladies behind the counter took the extra time to make the sweetest face with wrinkles on the ice cone of my daughter. "The food (ribs) were pretty good and I would definitely recommend. Sauces were not very impressive. The detractor was the service at the counter. I would recommend a reboot on your understanding of hospitality. A smile and an expression of appreciation for choosing your restaurant would be a good start. "My 5 stars are for the night crew. This one at 2:00 in the morning. I avoid eating on my lunch bc as if it were in the warmer for hours. Now I go and you can say it's freshly cooked. Waiting is a few minutes longer, but I'm happy to wait for fresh food."

"The food was delicious and attractive. Between us we had gucamol chips, beet salad, Cuban sandwich and French fries daily. Fries were cooked to light. City and crispy and served with plenty of catsup. Faux was fresh; Chips crispy and slightly warm. Beet salad delicious with citrus vinaigrette. Anastasia was our server and she was very friendly with the right amount of attention. We sat outside on a beautiful Augustday. A recommendation would be a few planners on the back terrace... it's a little rough out here."

"As soon as my daughter and I walked in the lady gives us the crazy eye and sighs very loud so I asked if they were getting ready to close or something because it was almost nine. She replied back that we dont and I said you dont close ok. Then I said well it just seemed like you were upset that we just walked in and she said well its just me here . I looked around and there was one table of four in there that she had just finished their food. I said oh turned around and walked out befor the rest of my family even got in there and went to the Mexican joint right in front of this place which was very good and polite and happy to see my party of six."

"The deep plate pizza crust was tasteless compared to jets. The restaurant was empty when they opened, so we sat down and ate our food while it was hot. We ordered a Greek salad and it came without a feta cheese. The person who worked there was muddled with orders, but was friendly and helpful when we asked about the feta. I think we'd rather move jets forward."

"worst wing I ever had. order by grubhub for delivery to our hotel during in detroit, so that not expected piping hot eating. what arrived at our door was the most terrible, burnt dump pile that had ever imagined, from the wings to the pommes. so overcooked it was made unusable. the whole thing went into the müll: wings, fries, waving rings and mozzarella sticks. one of the most disappointing meals ordered in my life."
