Unfortunately, I wasn't able to go back as I wasn't close enough, but I'm sure they would have corrected the mistake if I had. I love their food and have always had perfect orders from their various locations. However, today I was really craving that missing item!"

"my experience at this place was terrible! I was in town for a funeral. After I go to the city of the drive 8 hours and to the hotel my family and I decided to go to chili! the server jackie was very unprofessional. she has told us four times that she would take our drink order again. she personally sat down a family and waited her before us and we waited about 13 minutes before jackie decided to take our drink order. While she took our drink order, she cut us off to go back to the table, she was more concerned with(the ppl she personally took to her table). fast forward. when we got our food, my salat was hot, eating my family was cold as ice and they got fajitas! Even a rice of my family was burned. we spend $145 for our food for very bad service! never again! and jackie should be fired. very poor customer service and not professional"

"I choose this place for my special 30th birthday party. They accommodated us wonderfully and gave us a secluded area where we could celebrate without disturbing the rest of the customers. Kate was our waitress and she recommended the BEST drinks. She took care of our entire party wonderfully, I can’t recommend her enough! The owner came by and wished me a happy birthday and made sure everything was top notch. I can’t recommend Joe’s enough. If you want top notch quality, service, and experience please take your party/ date night to Joe’s and experience most wonderful service there is Peoria Heights. Joe’s is a 10/10 experience and I will remember how everyone made sure my birthday was made a memorial event. I will be back next year to celebrate!! A special thank you to everyone at Joe’s"

"I LOVED this place! Great food, great service, and just overall nice vibes. I had a Corned Beef Sandwich with a Boxty on the side and it was so so very delicious. Very filling and wonderfully tasteful. My friend had the Chicken Waffle Sandwich and goodness, it was huge and looked amazing. She said the waffles were not as crunch as she would've hoped, but the chicken looked amazing. Would definitely come back here!"

"We haven’t been out since March 2020 since the beginning of COVID shut downs and y’all, when I say this place hits so good after 10 months of no indoor dining for this couple I mean it. We came here for our anniversary and I have been CRAVING some good seafood. They don’t need my 5 star review because they can stand on their own but I’m a bottle of wine deep and really needed everybody to know that our server was the bomb dot com (do people say that anymore? . I didn’t catch his name but the check said Ali Z. He used to work at Blue Duck Tavern and he was great. Also, Jonah’s is a nice place guys someone tell me why I saw so much camo tonight?? Also, SOMEHOW for the past 3+years we’ve always been sat in the SAME EXACT PLACE. It’s amazing. Are they that intuitive? You won’t know until you gooooo. Jonah’s you complete me. ALSO: they seem to be following indoor dining protocols very well. The review by Jeff C is an uninformed take of current Illinois guidelines that ALL restaurants are supposed to be adhering to. "What a gem but holy moly there's a young guy with curly hair that was literally on his phone while he took our order, then had to come back and clarify because he couldn't remember what we ordered. Had to wait for refills and the check so long it was frustrating, especially because all the other servers are super attentive and the food is absolutely delicious. Will always return, just might ask for a different section if we have the misfortune to land in his again."

"Not bad! The food and drinks arrived in a timely manner and the staff was kind. The burger was very filling (which is good). We got onion rings as our appetizer and they were great with the sauces they came with. This restaurant had a Hawaii vibe to it, a good selection of games, and I even got to listen to my favorite song on the jukebox! I only gave it 4 stars because our server didn't come back to check on us, and I had to look for napkins- which I found in the beer box they use for the condiments. Ours was covered in grease and grime and that was a little off putting. So I'd say the idea is cool, but it's definitely not sanitary."

"Big mistake. This is slot machine/pool hall with a bar and restaurant. Had a Philly cheesesteak with fries. Seriously not bad. But fries looked like the oil hasn't been changed in years and cheesesteak was tasty but way overcooked. Dark brown beyond recognition. I literally covered the fries with ketchup to avoid looking at them. This was a 1 star if not for bartender/server. Didn't get her name (Sunday afternoon 10/16) but she was nice and accommodating with the TV situation."

"My Husband went to grab diner as I have been home sick with COVID. He ordered me the Fuji apple chicken salad which came without… chicken. We do not live in East Peoria so for him to have to turn back around drive another 25 min back for chicken to add to the salad is too much. Also during “dinner” time they were out of so many things. I would expect that for way later in the evening but this is 530 normal dinner time. Although he did say he was not informed they were out of chicken I have to assume this is an oversight not a run out type of thing. Disappointed as this seems to be happening more at this location."

"I ordered two rolls, egg rolls and crabs Rangoon. A decent $55 meal. The best I ate was the crab Rangoon, probably frozen. The reels were not rolled and disassembled at all. Made with brown avocado and framed seaweed very appetite. Next we have the egg rolls good that we share them in the first half. We were greeted by a long stretchable raw dough center. If I could imagine how the feet tasted, I would imagine that it was nailed fantastically with the meat ( whatever the meat was). I'm just giving you one because the FROZEN Rangoon was the whole star of this course. Thanks for the wasted money? Do you have a day FYI if you have a better role check your local Hyve or gas station"
