"This is one of the most visually appealing Whataburgers in Texas, but it has the worst service I've encountered! Orders take around 20 minutes at the drive-thru, even though company policy states it should only take 5 minutes. When your order finally arrives—after waiting alongside 20 other cars—it's completely wrong! This issue falls squarely on Store Manager Cesar Flores. As a business owner myself, I know that employees reflect the leadership style of their manager. The lack of professionalism here is a direct result of the Store Manager’s actions. This has been the worst experience I've had at a Whataburger in Texas!"
