"At first, the food was good, but nothing special. My biggest complaint is the type of presentation. Your steak is brought to you on a hot stone, so you have cooked it as you want. Sounds like a great idea, right? For starters, the server says you cut off a piece of your steak and how long you cook each side to get the desired temperature, but what about the rest of the steak? It is still on the same hot skirt cooking while you eat every bite. I rarely like my steak medium, and the ones I ordered came to me almost completely. So while eating it, there was a piece of shoe leather sitting out on the cooking surface while I ate it. Bringing a plate to put the steak would have avoided this problem. My only biggest complaint is the fact that the dining room with this kind of presentation becomes a kitchen. The floor was from the fat sprayer and at the end of the meal so was our table and my shirt. So don't wear anything you care about here. There is a reason to wear barbecue kitchens, it is chaotic. Imagine coming here with your special person for the first time and covered with fat."
