"REVISED: 07/07/2024 On this latest occasion the C Team must have been on duty. Twenty years dining at CACIQUE and this was by far the absolutely worst dining experience. It was a special occasion and, despite having requested a specific seating location, we were placed in the back of the restaurant by the emergency exit. Our waitress was acerbic and inattentive. The busboys never cleared plates as we finished each course.The food arrived tepid and this had NEVER happened before in all the years we've been dining here. The AC was struggling and the overhead fans did little to improve the ambient temperature. To make matters worse, the Women's Restroom has 2 stalls: one was out of order and the other had a broken latch. I missed the care and attention provided by Priscilla and Kevin on our last visit!! Mr. RG, I hope you're okay and you return soon. The folks you've left in charge are ruining your lovely establishment. 06/22/2024 A Team on premises therfore we experienced a highly professional, attentive, polite staff: busboys, waiters, managers, everyone. Food is consistently top notch. The flight of Margaritas is ridiculously fabulous! 100% recommend. The LOMO SALTADO OMG! incomparable, authentic, and delicious."
