"We were excited to finally try this place for dinner, especially after reading the stellar reviews. Our experience was just okay, nothing special, which is what we were hoping for. First of all, it. Is. Slow. But we didn’t mind since we were celebrating a special occasion and it gave us a lot of time to visit amongst ourselves. We ordered a bottle of wine from their wine list (nothing special) and began the wait. The pate appetizer was really good, then came the salad’s. They were mediocre. The special (crab stuffed sole) was really good. And while the duck is supposed to be amazing we thought it wasn’t very good. The breast was over cooked and dry, and the rest of it was tough (I took it home and braised it and turned it into enchilada’s). Desserts were okay too, nothing special. It was expensive, and for the price we felt things should have been better. Better wine list, more attentive service and better food."
