"Where do I begin? From the moment we got there, it was a train wreck. First, we got seated and were never provided any menus. Their excuse was they just assumed we were getting the expensive seafood buffet like everyone else. Interestingly enough, there were countless people who came in that also found it odd they weren't provided menus and requested them. Clearly, the manager told them to do it in an effort to get everyone to buy their buffet. My daughter's steak was supposed to be medium-well, but was still moo'ing. Service was subpar at best, but the food that was cooked correctly was pretty good. Lastly, the receipt gives you the option to charge it to your room, but when I tried to do it, they looked at me like I was asking them if I could pay in pesos."
