"After getting the recommendation for Carnivore BBQ we were very excited to try it. I am not sure if it was just a bad day for the restaurant or what, but I am beyond disappointed with the food and the experience. To keep it simple here are the pros and cons. Pros: Very good BBQ sauce Cons: Horrible Service (Waited over an hour and a half for food, Got one refill the whole time, Waiter never came back to ask if we needed anything, Had to ask for napkins, had to ask for the check Under stocked and Unprepared (They were out of pulled pork... out of mac and cheese, out of sweet tea, out of straws, and out of melted cheese (but they didn't mention this until after they brought out my loaded cheese fries WITHOUT cheese... had I known I probably would've ordered something else. If I worked there I would be genuinely embarrassed to serve someone the food I was served.. see image The Staff Seemed Miserable and Unapproachable (I had to walk up to the front desk to ask for napkins because my waiter never came back the worker sitting at the table behind it looked at me and then looked away.. after I waited and asked her nicely for some napkins she proceeded to yell at a waiter to get me napkins instead of just standing up and grabbing me a few napkins.. it was very rude, not just to me but also to the waiter. Unsanitary (There was a dog in the restaurant right beside the kitchen. I don't think it was a service dog, it was in a cage, but either way a dog near food in a restaurant setting is unsanitary. The waiter also took both of our cups to the back to refill them. I have never been to a restaurant that does that, they always just bring new cups. How do I even know if it was my cup? I never leave negative reviews on restaurants, but this was simply unacceptable. A waste of time and money."
