"A few years ago I had B-Daddys from a food truck during a Helotes jazz festival and was incredibly impressed. I recently noticed that they have a physical location, so I was excited for some local BBQ food. I got the brisket sandwich, my husband got the pulled pork sandwich, and we got green beans (very peppery), creamy corn (sweet) and macaroni. I love Texas bbq, but usually pages on a BBQ joint are not good. That's not true for B-Daddy's. These were the best pages I've ever had in a BBQ restaurant. The white rolls for our sandwiches were slightly sweet and roasted with a doll butter. All employees were respectful and helpful. The cashier gave us a paper bag to take leftovers home. There are lids for your sides near the beverage fountain. There are both indoor and outdoor seats. There is even a playground for children in a fenced area. I am super impressed by how easy it was to order, get our food, pay and have everything we needed in a simple range. Make yourself a favor and support this local BBQ joint. You deserve love. They are closed on Mondays."
