"Stopped in to grab some food to-go. Sat at the bar and had a beer. Bar tender did ok, but I would have had a 2nd beer if he asked me if I wanted one. Glass sat there empty for a few minutes and then my food came out. Food was great! I had the lobster mac, my wife had the pizza mac. Portion sizes are huge, so a side is enough for 2 meals for us."

"I worked at this reatraunt up until today and have to say it was one of the saddest days for me. If anyone is hungry and wants great food and a very loving environment be sure to stop here. "Wow! Where to start?! This is THE quintessential Anericana diner, and one that affords a bounty of both uncompromising quality and unapologetic antiquated ambience. We were treated extremely graciously by our waitress, and food was served piping hot and expediently. The meal selection caters to the faithful diner standby meal(s) selection, with emphasis on breakfast and lunch (served anytime between 5 am-2 pm). The customers were friendly and the diner had an incredibly wholesome sensibility. It stands as a gorgeous and delicious relic of the halcyon years when once upon a time, diners were ubiquitously dotting the American landscape, circa 1950?s. I want to thank The Diner for their personable attentiveness and service, alongside outstanding food! A truly great visit and highly recommended!"

"This was my first time to experience the Texas Roadhouse and I have to say it was excellent from start to finish. The service was top notch and the food in my opinion could not have been any better. So as not to embarrass one of the waitresses I will not mention her name but she was one of the most attractive young ladies I've noticed in a long time. "went for my nephew's 17th birthday. food was literally rancid. coleslaw was fermented and rotten. lobster was rubbery. sodas didn't have any carbonation, completely flat. no bartender, so those drinks were 99% syrup. not to mention, all of our orders came out either wrong or missing something. horrible experience and none of us ate. left scared we'd get food poisoning from the few bites we did take. waitress said she'd had issues all day and she wouldn't eat the food either."

"Great late night to eat. Tonight we had a great server. He was very attentive and fast. I had a burger that was tasty and perfectly cooked with an egg. It was pretty delicious. I also upgraded to onion rings that were also a Yam up. I would definitely recommend eating here."

"We were here yesterday at 5:00 for dinner. The food was fine but the service was somewhat slow but I could tell the servers were scrambling so that’s fine but what was EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING to see was while waiting upfront to get a table we watched 5 girls at the reception desk standing around doing nothing and using their cell phones while the rest of the staff worked. This is ridiculous to see especially when I saw the manager come up to the desk looking at the display and ignoring the fact that 5 girls were doing NOTHING and the servers were working hard."

"My husband and I always celebrate special occasions at Ruby Tuesday as we did today 4/12/2023 and we have always been more than pleased with the food service. Today did not turn out to be so pleasant. Our waitress never introduced herself. She wasn't actually rude but we got the impression she'd have rather been anywhere else but there. The chicken tenders is my go-to meal but today it had to be sent back. They had an odd taste which I at first thought might be the dip I asked for but it wasn't so I tried plain ketchup, odd taste still there so I tried one bite just plain and the odd taste was even worse. I came to realise it was the tainted oil they were fried in. The waitress said she had noticed the odd taste herself on occasion. I was offered to choose something else, within reason, of course and she suggested I not get anything fried so I opted for a loaded potato. My hubby always has the salad bar and it was good except for the potato salad. She brought our check, never asking if we wanted dessert or if hubby wanted another beer. As I stated above this was a special to-do and by gosh, I wanted dessert! Waited nearly 20 to 30 minutes for her to return to our table and I Did get the dessert I craved. Don't know if we'll celebrate there again any time soon, sad to say. Change the oil people; rancid is Not good."

"Giving 4 stars to be kind. Should actually be 3.5 stars. We stopped here on a Saturday afternoon for the Prime rib, they always did an outstanding job with this, and this visit was no exception. The lady server brought us the drinks fairly quickly and then took the orders. There were only 2 of us and a few others in the dining room. We both ordered the special on Saturdays, the star of the show, the Prime Rib with 2 sides. My sides were a baked potato and French Onion Soup, the au jus and horseradish were included . The meat was rare and done to perfection. The French Onion was just right, browned on top. The baked potato was a disaster. It tasted old and reheated, no amount of butter or sour cream could rescue it. My husband ordered his well done with sides of mashed potatoes and a vegetable medley. He was happy. Service came to a snails' pace soon after the main dish was served. No one around to ask for needed things like more napkins and a water refill. The wait began and went on too long. We got the bill and had some sticker shock until we remarked that the pieces of Prime Rib were massive. We will be back next year for the Prime Rib."

"My first visit, definitely will not be my last! We moved to Elmira from Syracuse about 2 years ago and this was our first visit to Louies. This was the best dining experience I've had in 10 years. Louies has a great ambience, but that is just the tip of the iceberg. Barbara was our server and she was on point, it appeared all the staff was too. Drinks always full, she was very attentive but not overbearing. The food... OMG the food. The bread was phenomenal (I'm very picky about my bread), I am also funny when it comes to fountain soda, the mixes are always different. There's was perfect. The salad was good, but it's salad... I'm not going to get too excited for salad. We both got the butcher block special, with the garlic butter. It was a delicious perfectly done steak. We also got the fettuccine alfredo, which is the best fettuccine alfredo I ever had. the texture of the noodles were spot on, the Alfredo wasn't too rich.. it was perfect. Everything about our meal tonight was perfect.We are now regulars at Louies Hanover Square."

Sarah was incredibly easy to work with during the planning process, had excellent communication, reasonable prices, and most importantly, ensured that our entire wedding day ran smoothly, not just the meal. She also did a fantastic job decorating our tables and had no issue helping out with our ice cream bar. "the first time here it's nice. the first thing I had not impressed was the salsa, it was like water. I would like the salsa to be a bit thicker, otherwise, how will they assume to immerse the chips in salsa with the consistency of water? I thought it was a long time. I had the burrito delux and it was good. the person I went there with queensadillas (2 of them) and she ended up taking home. I come back to see if they have improved on their salsa."
