"Ordered the curry katsu and house katsu sandwich (chicken), which came with fries. The breading on the katsu is fried well and is on the lighter side, which is nice. The portions were a good size. For me, the food is 3.5 stars, but to be fair, it's probably a matter of preference. The flavors and food were solid, but not quite my cup of tea. The katsu sauce has a pineapple taste to it. Normally I like pineapple, but not this time, and not in a katsu sauce. The curry sauce was also not spicy, though we ordered medium. They give you jalapeño peppers, so I guess you add that to the sauce to make it spicier. It wasn't bad; just not to my liking. Others may really like it though so, as I said, it's a matter of preference. Maybe I need to try some other things. The girl at the counter was nice and attentive, checking if we needed more water, etc. There's plenty of seating for dining in and some of the other food (at a nearby table) looked interesting to try."
