"First off if we talking taste quality and good I will always give insomnia their credit when it comes to that! But that's just a piece of the pie to complete a good successful and residual income. I will always start with the good, and like I mentioned befor the cookies are always normally warm good and tasteful! Now sometimes you can tell they been sitting and the employees rather let cookies sit cold and be served a regular temperature then Actually just being patient and making the cookies as customers come and a guaranteed freshness! If their customer service and attitude matched the taste of their cookies they would def be 5 star to me! Every time I come they looked so sleepy and take foreve to place me 6 already done cookies! They have never greeted when I come in it's like I'm the cashier or employee, I ask how their day was, any specials or new flavors, or deals! They of course always say no and continue with you know what u want yet! Lol so I always end up getting the same cookies but if their customer service was great I'm the type that you can upsell just off of good service! I already clearly love the taste and quality or there would be no reason to come back but if employee was more friendly and offered like a side of ice cream that they recommended or maybe has tried and goes together well for an even better taste, I would definitely atleast try it. And last is the marketing and busines side! I was excited at first to know we have a down town cookie shop that is not only open til 3am at the time but also delivers too! Sounds too good to be true huh? Well it was and false advertisement! You never know if a person had to urber, walk, or however to get to your business and service so if you promo on the radio and in/out store displaying you close at 3am and to come right in and when I came at 2:15 am they were closed! I asked why they false advertise and they simply said that's old wen it first opened! We'll hint take it down, but Iwill say if they could hire more friendly upbeat passionate and flexible Pplz, then being open til 3/4 am would def be good business especially for pplz that work the nightlife and wants something other then McDonald's. Oh one more thing, I guess they are low contactless, meaning you can use cash at all! So have fun with that! I know in a few years cash proly won't even be here but while it is I like it simple. One more tip that made me never want to go back is they also market how they have drivers to deliver and what they really mean is we have people to deliver in and very close to the area and prolly riding a bike to deliver so if you not like 5 minutes away there is no delivery fr! Which is fine because we now have things like Uber, DoorDash, and others! But once again another problem I booked a cooki order the other day thru DoorDash for insomnia cookies and you know they take and hold your money asap of course, but it hits almost 2 hours im like all I want is 6 cookies n paid 25$ just for 6 which I was fine with! I finally gave up and called the cookie shop and of course it's not a direct shop it's a customer service center so now I have to give Al these details where I'm at what happens and where's the order! Smh! We'll the rep finally got ahold of my orde then says oh we don't deliver out there at all sorry! I'm like no courtesy call, no update nothing! Mind you you can go to DoorDash or Insomnia and see the car n map of where it's at in transit but I assumed they was busy and the car was just waiting so it can hear to me but there was never a driver to even bring it! At this pony I just want my money back it's late 25$ for 6 cookies n waiting all night! I'm the process of canceling my order they tell me they can't becuz the order was placed directly thru insomnia I told them No I have it up it was placed thru DoorDash! After 5 minutes of arguing of wer it was placed I hung up called back n went thru DoorDash n bank to get money back smh"
