"What can I say except we weren’t satisfied. I get it, you get slammed and everything is pushed back, but the dining room was half empty, and most tables had been seated before us even getting there. It didnt take more than 30 sec to be seated but from then on, it took about 5 min fot drinks and appetizer orders to be taken down, another 15 for them to come out and then our main course to be taken down. About 20 min after that, our waitress comes back and tells us that the kitchen is kicking orders so she needed to double check what our order was. During this time, the soup plate, the salad bowl, the empty drinks and the spinach dip were all done and cluttering the table. We tried to get a hold of a busboy or our own waitress but after 40 min of waiting, the food barely came out and we were practically full off of the salad and soup and dip. The empty dishes werent taken away and it took another 15 min to see our waitress again. No offense to her but she looked like she was the only one running around and, it just made for a lackadaisical evening. So with all that in mind, the service was subpar, no manager came around and apologized, nobody was helping the waitress and no dishes were being picked up off the crowded tables. Unless they changed this practice, I remember them removing plates as they brought new courses put, the food being warm and the drinks and breadsticks non stop. This was not a stroll through memory lane. Atleast the food was edible when reheating at home!"
