"Salt Lime has become my go-to for a weekday lunch. The menu is limited (as you would expect with a food truck), but everything I've had has been absolutely delicious. The ingredients are all fresh and locally sourced, and the quality is truly excellent. The street fries in particular are fantastic (any and all forms of them... regular, Pad Thai, or whatever special he happens to be offering on a given day). Prices are fair for the quality of what you get, and portions are not massive, but not small either. At other restaurants, if I order loaded fries and finish them myself, I'm food-coma-uncomfortable for the next several hours... that's not the case here. The portions are a reasonable lunch size of indulgent, delicious food. This is the first place I recommend to anyone who asks where to get lunch on a weekday in Keene!"
