"I had a great experience dining at IHOP last week. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service. When I first arrived at the parking lot, I thought they were closed because the windows were so tinted, I couldn't see inside. They should consider putting up an 'open' sign in their west and south windows. The wait staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. The Breakfast Sampler I ordered was excellent, with perfectly cooked eggs and delicious ham, sausage, and bacon. The pancakes were also the best I've ever tasted. I will definitely be making IHOP my regular dining spot from now on, especially because I enjoy breakfast at any time of the day, even for dinner. Overall, my dining experience was five stars."

"not administrative standards waited 15 minutes in the auto-dru line just to say money only not I'm sorry, but our credit card machine is down, sorry for the inconvenience. left to get cash, waited another 10 minutes in the line to get from the rude hired that I think was actually the manager, kevin. trying to order a fish file he was very annoyed that I wanted to look at the menu for an article. I ordered a 20 piece chicken and asked what sauces are available. he says the same sauces that all the others have if I knew what sauces everyone else had, would I ask? not everyone eats in mcdonald’s everyday! finally got the food and the quality was inconspicuous as well as kevin's presentation. don't waste your time here!"

"Hello, my name is Zachary. I’m not someone to generally make a big deal or complain or act up towards an establishment so I believe a review will do just fine. Working in any industry, I believe customer recovery can make or break an experience with a customer. It started when I ordered through the app to the KFC here in Bristol. I was excited to get the famous bowl pickup as it comes with a famous bowl, a cookie and a drink. Now we can all agree that food places don’t make their profit from a drink and a cookie. So when I had gotten my food in which I thought I had ordered the famous bowl pickup, I even remember picking out the strawberry lemonade I wanted, I didn’t get it at the window so I politely had asked them if there was a drink on the order as I had only received the famous bowl. They responded with no and so I had checked my receipt on my phone and it was true. I had only ordered the famous bowl. My mistake. So I explain to them that the famous bowl itself is $5.49 and the famous bowl pickup was $5.99 so if I give you a full dollar, may I get my drink and cookie? I was declined by the manager and told them that it was my mistake so they only gave me what I ordered. As this is true, I tried to be very polite to get the order and not spend the $3 more they were trying to get from me for the drink and cookie. This is frustrating because like I had initially stated, yes I made the mistake but they couldn’t help resolve it. They left me an upset customer, for this, I leave this review."

"We hadn't been here in a long while at least 5 years) as we live an hour away....but we were in the area and decided to stop in. And I can definitely say I'm glad we did. The atmosphere is great. Wasn't super crowded. Football and baseball were on the TV's. Nice little bar area... And I saw they had some pretty good happy hour specials as well. We were say immediate and had it drinks within a couple of minutes. Our server was very attentive. The bread they brought it was fantastic... Warm and tasty. And the Apple cinnamon butter.... Sooooooo good! Much better than Texas Roadhouse. Really well thought of and made. Each of us decided on the rotisserie chicken. I had half a chicken and my wife has a quarter. You got a soup or salad, choice of potato and choice of veggies, beans or coleslaw. The salad was great. Good size for a dinner salad and the ranch dressing was incredible! Really probably one of, if not the best, ranch we've ever had. Really tasty! The chicken was really good for both of ua. Juicy. Warm. Super tender. The garlic mashed potatoes I had were quite good. My wife had the waffle fries, which she enjoyed. I had the roasted veggies which were great. I wish I could make carrots like that! My wife also had the baked beans which she said we're really good. Overall a great experience and we'll certainly be back when we are in the area. Nice little place with some great food. Certainly worth giving a try!!"

"we have chosen waterfront warehouse as a meeting point between related houses for a post-Thanksgiving meeting with children. it seems that many had the same idea as our table of 7 was one of many group tables on this day. we had a beautiful window table (on a parking lot, not the water ', unfortunately) with excellent service. the menu was mainly burger and related medium price, as well as wonderful waffelfries served in various variations. as such it was the perfect setting for our casual assembly. Given the number of cars on the parking lot, it seems to be a popular place, probably more in the summer months with lake michigan just a few hundred meters away. a good choice, selected by open table reviews."

"If I could leave zero stars, I would.At 6:37 My dad ordered a pizza for his dinner. He was told that it would be between 40 and 65 minutes.I got to his house to visit with him at 8pm, and apparently he was still waiting for his pizza. So dad called the store back, it's only automated, and he was told at 8:15 that it would be delivered between 8:18 and 8:28.At 8:31 the pizza finally got there! Yay! Except, wait, it's barely warm and not even cut! Then looking at the box we see that the order was put in at 7:38- an hour after he called in his order.So I called the store for my dad to complain and ask why they would send out a pizza (2hours later) without even being cut. But after being told a team member will be with you shortly for ten minutes, I had to hang up.There is a weird employee shortage everywhere, so I like to think we cut a lot of slack and empathize with that, but this was just horrible all around. If there aren't employees there to actually speak to, or take orders (again, all ordering is now done automated), and there is such a huge discrepancy between placing an order, and order going through, and being delivered, and then it's not even CUT and no one is there/able to take a phone call.... why is it even open? It would have been far less frustrating to call and hear that this one location is temporarily closed or something than the whole ordeal it ended up as."

"This restaurant deserves recognition! Our group of 20 arrived unexpectedly on August 13, 2022, and despite some confusion with orders, the staff served us well and were extremely kind. They were busy and handling a lot of orders, with 2 more large groups coming in after us. Despite the hectic night, they paid attention to the quality of the orders and worked as quickly as possible. I hope they receive recognition for their hard work. I wanted to leave a $15-20 tip, but unfortunately, I didn't have cash on me. I hope the rest of the night calmed down for them."

"Stopped at Sandy's Popper and having not visited for years I forgot just how great this place is and all of the treats they have outside of popcorn like the Ice Cream which they have plenty of flavors including Blue Moon which I tried for the first time and can understand why it is so popular but the main reason I stopped in was to try their Silly Rabbit Popcorn after seeing the pics online I knew right away that I had to have some since I love Rainbow Popcorn but what I got was not what I expected (in a good way) If you've tried Rainbow Popcorn than you know that it is sweet but usually has a single flavor for the entire bag and just use different food coloring and with a name like Silly Rabbit I immediately thought of Trix Cereal which while very good still has one flavor throughout the whole cereal and despite the different fruit colors they all taste the same but this is NOT THE CASE with Silly Rabbit Popcorn because each single color of popcorn is a taste experience all its own and the Grape, Cherry, and Blue Raspberry flavors in the bag were by far the stars with Grape being the clear winner so I look forward to my next visit where hopefully I will be able to grab a bag of just Grape popcorn plus their 6 scoop sample boat is the best way to try a multitude of ice cream flavors in Kenosha so if you have never been here before than do yourself a favor and go...you will thank yourself later I promise."
