"My friend told me about the Franklin Square Deli one day and I decided to go out and give them a try and I'm so happy I did. The staff was very friendly and helpful for my first time. They were very superb when it came to making my sandwich. Not only was it delicious but they got it to me pretty fast especially during a busy time of the day. If you're in the downtown Kent area I highly recommend that you go give them a shot. They really are the best Sandwich joint at Kent."

"Literally my favorite place I come in here all the time and get the same drink and it’s always amazing. Everyone who works here is super kind and super patient. "Tried to visit with my wife on a recommendation only to find out it wasn’t wheelchair accessible. I later went back by myself and my drink was a little pricy, but was good. I took home a couple bags of coffee, which are pretty good. Service was just ok, I felt like I was rushed so they could get back to what they were doing (maybe I just caught them at a bad time, unsure). Taking one star off for accessibility and one off for service. Wheelchair accessibility: Stairs at the front make this location not wheelchair accessible."

"I come in sometimes for a quick bite- overall great place. The cafe itself has a cute setup and the employees are all speedy and friendly. "We have a family of 5, so getting out as a couple is rare! When we do go we specifically find the best place to go and sometimes we are let down and sometimes we aren't. "I went here with my friend on Friday night and that thing is my friend is autistic and doesn't understand much. But when we went there. the servers were very accommodating and ready to meet with my friends picky food needs! The food was amazing! (The sauce not my favorite. but about it.. "Amy in the bar is the best server I've ever had. After working in the service industry, going out has been always less than superior. Amy has totally changed that. She's attentive, respectful, and knows how to have a laugh. She keeps her guests happy, entertained, and fed. Also, Dave, that runs trivia is great! He takes stabs (always tastefully appropriate) at the audience sometimes and it's always great fun and everyone always seems to enjoy it. "Food was okay, but out of our party of five, I didn't get my dinner until 20 minutes after everyone else was served so they were nearly finished eating when mine arrived. I tried to act like it was okay because I'm nice that way, but clearly something went wrong in the kitchen. "I stop into this location on occasion as I'm on my way to grab a drink down the street. My usual order is a burger or a sandwich which runs around $15 with a drink. The service is generally pretty quick considering that I'm usually stopping in at 10pm at night. Cook generally does a stellar job with my order. The servers have great attitudes and customer service. I definitely suggest giving this location a try."

"Great experience! We came at 4:30 pm on a Saturday for dinner and it wasn't busy. Large parking area shared between many Kent Station businesses but we didn't have trouble finding a spot. We made a reservation for our party of 6 and wouldn't have needed it as early as it was, pretty empty when we arrived. Their full menu is viewable on their website online. Service was on point, drinks never emptied, and everyone loved the food. We had a total of four appetizers, calamari, prawns in a blanket, and x2 of the chicken satay (only $6 each thanks to happy hour pricing). I had the Khao Soi with beef and it was fantastic, with plenty leftover, just as good later. We'd come for my mother-in-law's birthday and they brought her fried ice-cream, that was wonderful, on the house. Our total for x6 meals and x4 appetizers, plus 20% gratuity, automatically applied, was $176 change. For under $30 a piece out the door, excellent value I'd say. This didn't include any alcoholic beverages as those were paid for separately by those who drank. Beautiful restaurant, music was not too loud to converse and service was friendly. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended."

"Used to be regulars BUT this is the last visit.. Sat down and it took 25 minutes just to get our order.. (2 breakfast plates and 2 Kids meals). 45 minutes later all we had was our 4 waters. The couple who got seated after us finished their meals and was ready to pay. 1 hour is just too LONG. Update The next day i got an email from the GM. Donny was very apologetic about the situation. He offered my whole family to come back and give Shari 's another chance and the tab will be on them. So on Saturday around 10 am we came and the restaurant was packed! (Every table was filled) I let them know that we were there and wanted to speak to Donny. The waitress told us straight up that might not happen since the GM was in the kitchen helping the crew. Eventhough Donny wanted to apologize personally to my daughter not wanting to eat there from our previous visit. I respect that a manager was willing to get his hands dirty for the success of the team and restaurant. Overall our order and food came piping hot within half an hour. Considering the brunch rush, they did pretty good in time and our server Melissa was excellent. We may comeback not sure when."

We got the butter chicken which was sauce with the littlest pieces of chicken and had no taste and dal makhani which was some type of curry but not dal makhani.
