"I come to the point as this is not the first time that I have to deal with this particular institution. My daughter ordered 6 people through the door. The delivery was an option for medical reasons. The order comes and it goes through it and realizes that not only articles are missing, but some of the articles are wrong. Now she has spent near $100, a refund will not be a family of 6. So they and my husband went to see if they would only give them the missing items. She didn't want the refund, she didn't even want to correct the wrong items, she just wanted the missing food so the rest of the family could eat. There were two managers, but all they did was excuses for why they couldn't. They told her that she would have to put the door in contact so that she could do something about it. So she stays in the lobby and makes this call before them. Door Dash says they won't do this and that they would refund the money for the missing items. She explains she's here and everything she wants is the missing items. Now I have read both guidelines for both companies, and yes Do Dash treats refunds, but why could the managers not only give her the food she ordered? It is not door disc that makes the food and ensures that the order is correct. So if I thru the drive and order through your app and you screw up, I'm probably going through your app and have it repaired? No, you would correct your mistake, but with another business that gives you a free handling of customers. So, all the way around and going back and forth, this Fiasko took a few hours. The rest of the food was cold and due to the attitudes of the managers made my own daughter, who also works in customer service, question why should she go out their way to provide the best service possible if others don't? Oh, and contact with the collaboration is a joke as we have gone this route in the past and everything I get is an email that I will be contacted.... yes, right...."

"The Smokey BLT Quarter Pounder at McDonald's on Rancier was disappointing due to the lack of salad and tomatoes. I would not return to this location if I could avoid it. The experience left me feeling unsatisfied and upset. It may be a blessing to not have to eat there again. I did not try the location on Stan Schluter as I found a hair in my food and witnessed a staff member who did not handle the situation professionally. Hopefully they will improve their food safety practices."

"How difficult is it to get a 3 ingredient burger done correctly? We made it very clear that for my burger there was a food allergy to mustard. To make it simple I ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup and grilled onions ONLY! Nope came out with everything including mustard! The remake they STILL couldn’t get correct but at least this time they just left off an ingredient that we paid extra for (the grilled onions). The owner or manager needs to step up and pay closer attention because the cooking has seriously gone downhill! The remade burger was dried out (like a hockey puck) the bun was hard and seemed stale. I’m actually now on my way to McDonald’s to get something that doesn’t look like it was made 2 days ago. It’s really sad because we had been loyal customers for years but we are done. I’ll see about posting a photo of the burger after I get something decent to eat! Really sad commentary that a McDonald’s cheeseburger is more moist that the burger at Billy Bob’s. Oh and before writing and posting this review I did attempt to call and speak with the manager but as others have said in their reviews there was NO answer! I tried 3 different times and let it ring at least 20 times each call!"

"I love Chick-fil-A but I just am not the happiest at the moment. I ordered the wraps. I said to the cashier Can I have a number 8 please She put it in. A few minutes later, I get my meal and I get chicken nuggets, instead of the wraps. She got my order wrong. And the tables weren't clean and they had to wipe off my table before I could sit down. Even though that happened, I still love Chick-fil-A."

"On another note, I've had the best pizzas here that I've ever tasted, which makes it even more disappointing that I won't be returning due to the roach problem. Roaches carry bacteria, and while I've lived with them before and wasn’t scared, I was too hungry to pass up my pizza. However, I just can’t bring myself to come back. I looked for other reviews that mentioned similar issues, but surprisingly, it seems I'm the only one who noticed so many roaches while dining. So, if you decide to visit, keep an eye out for them—it's almost as if others are oblivious!"

"I 'm not sure of the legitimacy of some of the earlier reviews, because of the names and what was written....but here is a real deal review from a customer. This is a small restaurant just starting out and run by a mom and daughter. They are legitimately from China, and the mom doesn 't speak English (except to say 'no English ' . Bonus points if you can speak a few words of Chinese (hello, please, thank you . If you want authentic Chinese food, and not some watered down Americanized version of it, this is where you need to go. There isn 't many options on the menu for now, but I really hope and look forward to seeing more things that Americans aren 't used to seeing.... Like stuff made out of fish heads (seriously it 's so delicious! I hope a few brave souls will try new things and love it. While this place looks like a new restaurant starting out (the decorations aren 't mesmerizing as one review said , with small tables, what I assume are mismatched and ugly chairs with slip covers over them, and small home made paintings and wall hangings sprinkled about. There is one bathroom that is clean, but may have some plumbing issues. I really hope this business grows enough to move into a better facility one day. Overall, I wouldn 't go here for the decorations and atmosphere.... The service was great. They are very attentive and always asking if you want more of something and keep your water glass full. Other drinks are sold in bottles and cans. I 'm not sure if they have it, but it would be amazing to see traditional Chinese teas served with meals (hot or cold . On to the food, and the reason for the 5 star rating. It 's REALLY delicious. The portions are HUGE!! The price is very reasonable. You 'll come hungry, and leave miserably full with a smile on your face. I took some of my dumplings home (I couldn 't finish all of them , and they were still amazing after being warmed back up. Go to this place for the amazing food, and support an immigrant family working hard to make their way."

"I have two stars because the food wasn’t horrible but the customer service was. I came in town to visit my daughter and new grand baby. My daughter is breast feeding but wanted something good to eat. I googled this place and drove 12 minutes to get there. Once I arrived there was no one in there but I still waited to be serviced. The young lady was on the phone, holding the phone on her should and switching from speaker to her ear. She did not wash her hands or wear gloves and was seen sneezing and not covering her face. She warmed up the rice and meat in the microwave and the meat was dry. We tried it but won’t be returning."

"2/5/22 Been trying to go here forever but it’s always a hour and half or more wait, decided to try today and it was only about 20 min wait. My mom had been wanting the cactus blossom, it was good And those darn rolls with the cinnamon butter omg, addictive. They was fresh and HOT HOT HOT. I had the chicken critter salad, yummy… my strawberry lemonade was delicious, even got it to go and some rolls to go too. Special shout out to our waiter, DahJahn “DJ” was a ball, had us laughing, was super attentive and friendly. Made us feel like we was more then just customers. People like him is what makes people like me want to come back to a restaurant. Thanks DJ. Keep up the good work and keep making folks smile you did an excellent job with us today"

"Everything was phenomenal! The Bulgogi was full of taste! It was made with fresh vegetables. The short ribs were perfectly marinated and cooked for perfection! The portions were two days long enough. The creamy shrimp appetizer and Udon soup were a nice addition to the meal also. Everything was hot! My only complaint was the amount of Kimchi and cut Daikon for three meals. My new favorite place for Korean food."

"My honest opinion. Food is ok. I was invited for an early dinner for a Graduation celebration. For many years I've avoided going to Olive Garden. Only because I don't feel the experience is all that great because you end up stuffing yourself with soup, salad and bread before your actual entree arrives. I ordered one of the smallest dish on the menu and it was the Lunch special called Shrimp Scampi on Angel Hair pasta. My Mom ordered the lunch special Alfredo Fettuccine. My take on my own dish was the Shrimp Scampi on Angel Hair pasta. To describe it had shrimp, chopped tomatoes and chopped asparagus . Honestly I don't know why they would put this combination together? The tomatoes made the entire dish acidic and the asparagus was bitter due to the acidity of the tomatoes. It did not taste balance at all. On top of that, I felt the asparagus was hard. Not sure why they didn't peel at least the harder ends of the asparagus. I assume it's because the cooks were only trained to cook following steps and not really understanding that this combination is not really all that great. The saucy part of the dish was a bit salty to me. Maybe because the entire combination of the tomatoes and shrimp just made it overpowering with saltiness. I did not enjoy my meal at all. I guess I only enjoyed the soup that came with it which was the Minestrone soup. My Mom and her Alfredo Fettuccine....she told me it tasted dry. My mom Complained that she looks forward to eating Alfredo fettuccine at any restaurant for the creaminess of the sauce. My mom said it was too dry. I do recall seeing the dish, it didn't look like the typical gravy saucy texture that most Alfredo sauce lovers look forward to. We enjoyed the company. It was a Graduation celebration so that part was ok. As for food at the Olive Garden....I only remember why I don't return to eat at an Olive Garden anymore."

"I think that was actually my first time here in the over 6 years ive living here, unless it was so long ago that I don't remember. I'm not disappointed! I was lazy tonight and didn't feel like cooking, so I wanted to try something diff. my two infants shared the Cajun chicken pata. it was ok in my opinion (I consider making my own homemade Alfredo sauce) but the babies loved it. ordered a side of fritten and the appetizer trio. oh and a loaded potato soup that was also quite good. curbside pickup went super. I wanted to try the smokehouse combo plate and the street maize, so I think back well!"

"The food was outstanding and the guy that assisted me was not only polite and funny but also offered me something to drink while I waited in the car for my order. I had the bone in porterhouse with baked potatoe and Cesar salad and an order of the Sydney Shrooms (fried mushrooms). The steak was cooked perfectly medium like I requested and shrimp cream sauce topping was the perfect compliment. The mushrooms by itself were off the chain… my son ordered the new Twisted ribs and said they fell of the bone and were delicious. The only reason I didn’t give them five stars is because they gave me the wrong order and I didn’t realize it until I got back home in Harker Heights (Skiptch). NOW I normally would knock off two stars for that type of mixup but two things: 1 The wrong order that I got had the same last name as mine and 2 I should’ve checked the order like my wife always stressed that I do. Bottom line, the food was AMAZING!"

"update! below is my first review for this restaurant that is based only on some of thers desserts. my opinion has not changed as regards dessert. as promised I tried other items on their menu. I ordered the combo specialty consisting of lasagne, chicken parmigiana and fesselna alfredo. I also ordered garlic butter rolls, celestial tea and strawberry cheesecake for dessert. I must say, unfortunately, that I was not impressed by the meal. the gutter was good not to smear anything about that the garlic rolls were little hard and the celestial tee was bland. I also have to say how at most of my reviews it is about eating is just not knowing whether a sit down experience in the restaurant is better or not. I have to drop my score from 5 to 3 stars. this evaluation is during the midday, so maybe this was the factor, so I will try a meal next time during the evening period. ? to start this review, I must say that I have not tried one of the escapes on their menu, this review is only about their desserts. when I stood around the hostess counter waiting for a pick-up, I noticed the dessert display directly opposite the counter. in the display I saw cheesecake, red velvet, chocolate mousse and cream kokoskuchen. So those of you who do not know that I have a serious sweet tooth, so that I could not resist the attempt to try out some of these tempting desserts, I mean seriously that they called my names. I tried the chocolate, the red and the coconut cakes. I enjoyed every taste I tried. everything was delicious and homemade, definitiw a tasty bite for my taste buds. one of me will go to dessert place. now the five stars I have given for this evaluation are only dessert for those so that this could change if I try to get a escape on their menu until then they give this cake a try if they happen to be in the opposite?."

"This must be one of the best experiences I ever had in an ihop, and with the night team. Not that I was a sticker for these things like a secret buyer, but I was greeted by 4 different people before I even had a chance to reach the hostess. Everyone was happy, smiling and hard and diligent. We sat right away. Our server was excellent. She offered great suggestions and enjoyed the work she did. The food came fresh, hot and amazing. All servers work together to guide food quickly and happily. I don't know how the crew is for the rest of the ship, but overnight is definitely on point!"

"Love the new sandwiches but the 4 star rating is for the new food prep area that was added as a part of the remodel of the subway on old FM 440 and central Texas Expy. Even though the manager was holding up the line but talking to the customer before me, the girl who made my sandwich was quick and efficient and when she was done and saw so one else in the store, she drops the glass barrier, that used to never move, over the food so it now becomes a covered see thru fridge that keeps everything fresh and safe from flies and what not. I was so excited by the transformer act I cussed a little bit. That was an excellent addition to the prep area. I also love the new look of the seating areas, the pickup station and the new drinks. Good job subway!"
