"Fabulous patio dining experience and Chef Jeremy Ashby circulated amongst the diners to ensure the food was top notch. The Prix Fixe menu for #LexingtonEatsWeek consisted of items regularly found on the menu Lobster Crepes with a Guava reduction was an exceptional starter. The Fried Chicken over Bourbon mashed with pole beans was a stick to your ribs comfort meal. The Peach Blueberry Cobbler is reminiscent of summertime treats at Grandma's house and was a wonderful finish. Looking forward to a return visit."

"Update (June, 2016): We ordered the broccoli cheddar bites, which were very tasty and an interesting alternative to otherwise routine appetizer options. The garden salads were fresh and filling (with house made ranch dressing). The Italian (spicy sausage, green peppers and olives) and pepperoni pizzas hit the spot and did not disappoint (NY style, hand rolled, thin crust). I also ordered a piece of key lime pie, which was extremely refreshing after eating so much pizza our waiter told us that a chef at Sullivan University bakes these pies for Grey Goose, and it was outstanding. <br/ <br/ One of our favorite pizzas in Lexington. A nice, renovated space, albeit small (especially during the winter when the patio cannot be used), and there is now a convenient parking lot nearby. We recently ordered carry out, which was ready in only fifteen minutes. The buffalo wings (half dozen), served with carrots, celery and ranch dressing, were good enough, but nothing extraordinary (same goes for the chocolate cheesecake, with strawberries). The real winner here was the cheese pizza New York style thin crust, real Italian style tomato and basil sauce, and premium Mozzarella whole milk cheese."

"Tried this restaurant because my favorite Japanese place was closed. I must say i was highly impressed. The food was delicious! Only thing that i didn't care for was the soup that comes with the entree the taste was good however it was cold, and the steak comes as a full steak so i had to chop it up myself. But the food was amazing. And i ordered sushi. It was so crunchy and good. I really enjoyed the chicken which was dark meat. I will definitely go back again."

"Over the past weekend, Fat Man Reviews ventured out to PieTana in Lexington, KY. PieTana is a pizza shop that cooks with a wood-fired oven, This is the home of the Lexington style crust, they use West 6th Amber Ale in their pizza crusts. We started with the Pizza Bones with Cheese. The bones are their bread sticks with cheese, they are served with fresh marinara and house made garlic cream sauce. The dough was cooked to perfection and the cheese was melted to a golden brown. There was a good chew and a buttery flavor to this dish. The marinara was slightly chunky and had a great tomato flavor. The cream sauce had a hint of sweetness, but it was more cream than garlic. A Fat Man pro-tip, mix the sauces. We also tried their Signature Wings. They are spritzed with fresh lemon juice, coated with Parmesan cheese and bourbon smoked paprika then topped with chimichurri and served with bleu cheese. The wings were juicy and cooked perfectly, the lemon juice and the chimi was wonderful. The bleu cheese was chunky and great. The Parmesan cheese was a bit burnt and that flavor came through some. But make no mistake, these are excellent wings. We also tried the Vinnie pizza. This comes with tomato sauce, mozzarella, Blue Door smoked brisket, bacon pepperoni, red onion and Marksbury Farm Italian sausage. The crust is amazing and unique, the amber ale adds a new level to the flavor. The pizza was pretty good all around, however the sausage and brisket were cooked before and when reheating it makes them a little tough and extra greasy, in my opinion. The pepperoni was great, and the bacon was chopped thick. PieTana is a very small joint, but they do have a patio that is open in the warmer months. They serve draft and bottled beer, and they have a full bar. The menu offers salads, appetizers, signature pies that are all named after the Nealey family and a build your own option. The Fat Man says that PieTana is Fat Man Approved."

"This has been a go-to spot for a consistently prepared breakfast over the past fours years. (Over 75 visits 4 years There has been a notable change in the taste and preparation. May be due to labor and turnover? Started with shrimp not being fresh andhaving noticeable aftertaste. They did remove the Creole omelet (shrimp for a while and brought it back now as a special. Nomore aftertaste. : Over the last 10 visits there has been many inconsistencies with the cook in the eggs, becoming more“rubbery”, over cooked and or not beaten enough. Today will be one of my last visits, sadly, I received the no-no of allfoodies. Severely burned food, and received a re-fire (another dish with the same results from a sweet and apologetic waitress.I challenge this establishment to come up with “standard operating procedure” with pictures for each dish for the kitchenstaff. This place has a good flow of regular patrons and I hope they have the energy to come back to their full taste andpreparation glory."

"Stopped in only because we saw the Restaurant. We 're from AZ and they closed our favorite Chuy 's years ago. We are on a 6000 mi road trip though the country and had to stop in. We happened to be served at the bar by what we think was the Manager/Owner(? . He was so personable, generous and friendly!! The salad we got 'to-go ' was delicious and fresh. The chips and dressings (we didn 't know which dressing we wanted, so he gave us samples he served us were fresh and yummy. The beer was super cold and the bartender and other staff was so friendly as well. We wish we could 've stayed longer! Thanks for being there for us Chuy 's!!!"

"The reviews we read online were not wrong. It is well worth the 4 mile route from I-81 to enjoy a late afternoon brunch on our way home from vacation. The free handcrafted muffins were brilliant, such as fried chicken, corned beef and sides. The best pecan pie (except my own) we had and I would have had a plate full of the roasted marshmallow garnish. Our server was both professional and lovable. Whenever we are from this restaurant within 30 minutes, we will definitely be back!"

"We had a birthday dinner last night and it was a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. "The food we received was unmatched in quality and quantity. Our table shared a plate of crispy, tender fries smothered with meaty chili and cheese. We downed that easily! For our next meal, two of us got the fish and chips and we agreed it was the best fish and chips we've ever received. The tartar sauce and ketchup were homemade, and the ketchup was darker due to being infused with red wine. Such a rich flavor! Another one in our party got a Cobb salad and she sang praises throughout her meal about the quality and unique toppings. It was a lovely meal and we will return soon with our families!"

"I’ve had Q all over the south and this is some of the best I’ve ever eaten. The pulled pork was moist and flavorful, the ribs had just the right amount of rub, and the sides, which can make or break a meal, we’re all excellent. I highly recommend the corn pudding, collard greens, and cole slaw (and I don’t even like cole slaw). Get dessert to go because you won’t have room for it there. Not that you need sauce, but, I enjoyed the original. If you like a vinegar based sauce, get the Montreal. They even do unsweet tea right! I’ll definitely be back."

"Found on Google so I’m always a bit leery about the reviews. We were passing through town from south Texas. Tried the Hot Brown as we’ve never heard of such a thing. Delicious. Tomato’s were superb. This plate will feed two unless you are a hearty eater. My wife got the Turkey Melt and couldn’t finish it. No Veterans discount, but they did offer a free piece of pie. We were too full to accept. "Ramsey's is amazing!! Neither of us felt like cooking yesterday after church. I suggested Ramsey's so we went. Not a long wait (15 minutes), and everyone is so nice. The food was amazing and they have a special gluten free meal and will accommodate other dietary needs as well; vegan, no dairy, etc. We were seated on the deck, and it was covered and heated so no issues what so ever. Prices are good, portions are great, atmosphere is wonderful. Y'all need to go!!!"
