"My husband and I bought the steak fajitas last night only to get severe food poisoning about an hour later and it lasted all night up until the morning hours. I reached out for a health inspection to be done at the restaurant. They should take this review and do a thorough inspection themselves, of the kitchen’s cleanliness, expiration dates, the safety procedures they currently have in place, etc. I don’t want our money back."

"Last weekend, we used Shalimar Grill catering for our daughter’s wedding. There were 250+ guests. Shalimar Team executed whole program with excellence. We truly enjoyed the entire process and the execution of the event. Everything from setup, food, to service throughout the wedding were incredible! Appetizers Chicken 65, Samosa chat, and dhahi bhalay) were fresh and very tasty. "Great customer service. Clean restaurant. Hot chicken. I had stopped trying to get chickens in the church because the restaurants on Wesley Chapel in Decatur and the Fortress Drive in Stone Mountain, never have chicken and the service is always terrible. This place has far exceeded my expectations and I'm so glad I stopped. I don't remember the name of the guy who worked behind the counter, but he was very personal and worked really good at himself up. And my chicken was hot and good!!!"

"The one word summary of this place is QUALITY. Her chicken dishes are not all roasts and crumbs I have from other places where it seems they give you fried skin. Here you bite in large fork filling meat pieces. They also keep their oil CLEAN. You can say a big difference when you order fried chicken wings (I almost hate to give away this secret). I have tried many other local Chinese and all the others are disappointed."

"Adore the food, but... The food (for the Tucker and Lilburn sites the other has not tried out, is really good and consistent. They drive me crazy by so often out of my favorite dish, the queso fresco chile relleno. A cheese filled Chile is hard to find in the Atlanta area, but Los Hermanos makes a good one. Yesterday I tried to order a call at 19:00, but get a call from them 10 minutes later say they were from them (at 7! Today I called at 4:45 and said they had nothing left tonight. Sheesh!"

"It was July 29th, 2022 around 6:30pm-7:00pm. I was picking up a DoorDash order when the store seemed to be very packed and backed up with orders. An elderly and kind lady had been waiting patiently for her one pizza that she ordered. When she askedfor the status of her pizza again, she was told her pizza was given away and had to wait even longer. This is not the worstpart. After waiting longer than the time given by the cashier, the lady wanted to see if maybe her pizza was put on the readyshelf. Suddenly, the general manager comes out and starts YELLING at her to back up repeatedly. The lady can barely speak forherself as she is already soft-spoken and the man is overpowering her. He keeps yelling at her to backup and not even lettingher speak. Once he goes back to the kitchen, I hear him say to his employee to void the order so she would not get her pizza.Thankfully, they didn?t do that. It was the worst thing I have witnessed in customer service. NO employee, ESPECIALLY thegeneral manager, should be treating a customer like that, especially since she didn?t do anything wrong. Thankfully, othercustomers came to her defense. The lady began to cry, and the manager couldn?t careless. The customers demanded she got herpizza as well as a refund for the poor service she received. When the customers continued to complain about the general managerto the employees, they said ?we can?t do anything about it since he?s our general manager.? Once she left with her pizza andrefund, I saw the general manager and an employee (who kind of looked like him) begin to laugh with each other. I can?t help butto think they were laughing at her, but what is there to laugh at? He made an elderly lady cry and thinks it?s funny? This manhas let the authority and power of ?general manager? get to his head. I don?t know what would of happened if the other customersdid not defend the lady. No business should hire anyone as childish and disrespectful as him. He should be fired IMM"

"Went to Lilburn restaurant on 11/26/22. Ordered the Cajun platter that came out dark/burnt. I was trying to get the waitress attention to ask why it was so dark when a manager came by and asked how could he help. I explained my concern about platter being dark/burnt and he said it was the cajun seasoning. Well i am from Louisiana and our cajun seasoned food does not come out burnt and it has flavor which this did not. The waitress asked if i wanted another platter with less seasoning. They need to realize it is not the seasoning that made the platter dark, the old grease and possibly not knowing how to cook properly. The catfish and shrimp platter I got in replacement was bland without any flavor. So needless to say they will not see me again. This place use to have good food. It has gone down hill."

"Idk how it goes down here in the south but as a Mediterannean native raised in NY this was easily the worst Italian food ive ever had and im not one to usually write reviews. As it was my first time eating here i thought id order the simple stuff to start, fried calimari was huge obviously imitation squid with watery marinara sauce and no lemon in the container??? Okay red flag number one. Got a chicken parm sandwhich which is literally cheese sauce chicken and bread and i would swear on anything it had to be microwaved, barley any cheese and the bread was soggy as can be. Tiramisu was decent and the house salad was great but for an Italian place to get the first two wrong is a hugee red flag. I thought maybe it was just me but after reading some reviews it turns out this place opened a few other locations and maybe the quality of food and employees tanked due overhead or something. Wish you guys the best but Gordan Ramsey would have a field day with this restaurant, gotta do better. People never should spend their hard earned money on a less than decent product that has been done right for centuries now."

"When I had first walked in the restaurant it’s was all good perfect tables and nice customers , but when I was about to order I had saw 1 of the cashiers scratch their leg with gloves on near the cashier. Then she took my order and counted the money with the same gloves on and she was gonna start making my order without changing her gloves. Before making my order I had asked to please change them. When I had said that she had gave me an attitude and threw them away aggressively. After that my daughter wanted to buy something else but the cashier had refused to serve her because of what I said and switched her to a different person. In my opinion as a retired restaurant worker they need to change their gloves before making other people’s order’s. But everything else was great it’s just the service."

"This food is amazing! My husband and I were looking for a place to eat and we're glad we chose him. We both ordered the fried chicken with corn bread, I had cabbage, corn and Okra and he had the encased greens and Mac and cheese.
