"Our family stopped at this restaurant on our way home from a trip. It was our first time there and what caught our attention was that they had some gluten-free options, which is not typical for an Italian restaurant. The waitress was pleasant and accommodating, even though the restaurant was busy on a Saturday night. It seemed like they were understaffed for the number of customers they had. Unfortunately, our service was lacking because of this. Our drinks were not refilled when we asked, and even after asking a second time, the waitress only refilled one out of four drinks. She did not check on us to see if we needed anything else. The bathrooms were quite messy and needed more attention. While the food looked good, the taste was not as impressive. I enjoyed my meal, but there was something off about the flavor. There were no salt or pepper shakers on the tables, and we were not offered Parmesan cheese for our dishes. Everything was à la carte, so even the entrées did not come with a salad. We were hoping for a bread basket (for those who were not gluten-free) but it was not included or offered. Our gluten-free pizza was very thin and the crust was overly crispy. They did mention that they were trying something new with it, but it did not turn out very well. The personal size pizza cost $13.00, with an additional $1.50 for mushrooms."
