"Having read and heard about this place, my significant other and I were excited to try this today. We walked in and placed an order at 5:54PM. At the time there was one person ahead of us who was already waiting for an order.Over the span of the next hour, we watched as the staff struggled consistently with completing orders timely, mismanagement of food to the point where our partial order sat in it 's bag for over 20 minutes awaiting the last item, and to where my S/O and I had an extremely uncomfortable situation when the cook looked down at our Fried Chicken Marsala Sandwich and stated well I was hoping this chicken would have been larger when I pounded it out and apologized before packaging it. If you, as a cook, are not satisfied with your own product, why would you be giving it then to a customer?While they had a cancelled order and just randomly threw the order (a scampi with us (without even really asking, just here you go .. the overall vibe of this restaurant is that you 're going to wait a long time for food. Unfortunately, the wait wouldn 't be as painful if the food was good, but everything is not super flavorful, it 's swimming in runny sauce, the apologized portion of chicken was dry and overcooked and the best thing we had was the brown sugar BBQ boneless wings, unfortunately they were cold but the best flavor.I don 't normally write reviews like this, so it 's hard for me to emphasize how poorly this entire experience and meal was for us. Hopefully they get better in the future but for now, I 'd highly recommend staying clear of Casetta Express."
