"Mama Mary's has become part of our gameday routine. We now regularly will call ahead on our way home from Ann Arbor and will order pizza to eat on our drive. They have plates and napkins which assist with eating the pizza in the car.It is important to note THIS IS NOT A DINE IN RESTAURANT. The Pepperoni Delight was phenomenal. We got sausage and onions for our additional two toppings. We added banana peppers on one half for some extra zing. The Pepperoni was perfectly crispy. The Italian Sausage was unique and sliced similar to the pepperoni. This also helped give it some texture. Some may not like the grease, however paired with an ice cold Pepsi, it was perfect.Not shown in the post is a BBQ Chicken pizza. This was equally as delicious as the pepperoni delight and I'd definitely order it again. The chicken and bacon played very nicely as savory components. The pineapple and barbecue were on the sweet side. The red onions were a great addition as well. If you're like me and don't like pineapple on pizza, this pizza would be just as good without it.The red sauce is some of the best I've ever had from a pizza restaurant. They're not shy with their toppings which makes for a very hearty meal. My only true critique has to do with the crust. The taste of the dough is the perfect balance of sweet and savory. However Mama Mary's pizza crust doesn't quite crisp up like I'd prefer. Even when it is fully cooked, the structure of the slice is definitely on the floppy side.Other than that, I have zero complaints. I cannot wait to try other items on their menu. If you're driving through, I highly recommend giving Mama Mary's a try.Dietary restrictions: The gluten free crust option was fantastic. The crust held the toppings well and, in my opinion, had a better texture than their original crust."
