"I cannot praise Trini Bites enough! When shopping around for a food truck for my daughter 's first birthday party, I wanted it to be perfect. Locating Trini Bites was a huge success for myself and our family. We got so much positive feedback from everyone who attended the party. Not only were the portions perfect for our guests, they were able to still keep their Caribbean taste buds fulfilled. Renee (the owner of Trini Bites) also added sauces and pepper to the mix for those who wanted to try different flavors with their food. Our meal included chicken wontons, a double, and a buss up shot (or rice) with chicken curry--Delicious! That was more than enough food for everyone. In addition, the communication between myself and Renee were seamless and clear. She was able to work with me in planning for my vegetarian guests as well. The flow of the party was also organized in the sense that the truck pulled up early, took a spot right out front of the house and started playing some Machel (my favorite soca artist) as guests lined up to receive their food. Additionally, the touch of music definitely added something extra to the uniqueness of having a food truck with delightful food at an event. In addition, our guests felt comfortable with the staff of Trini Bites and ordering their food was efficient and their meals were prepared to their liking. One of the best parts is that after the party, I didn 't have to worry about storing food, cleaning up a mess, or risking catered food spoil under a hot July sun.
