"Was down here buying stuff at Infinity Records, had researched this deli on here and read good things about it, so ambled in after record shopping, literally a minute walk down the way. This deli is on its own corner in Massapequa, parking on street, but at least it's not metered. I'm giving them 5 stars because the food here was phenomenal, a total old school LI deli in every way, no frills, but the chicken cutlet sandwich I ordered was on point completely. No junky quality ingredients, prepared to my order, and the prices were ok. There are a lot of terrible delis on LI nowadays, very sad to see that happen, but Neighbor's is clearly a totally reliable one. The quality is there, unlike many nowasdays. I went to one deli in Westbury the other day and the quality was pretty poor, and they were microwaving stuff. Not acceptable. This won't happen here. Plus they had the AC blasting just right during a 90 F. day. Add it all up and it earns 5 stars which is a rarity from me."
