"Rarely to never have i reviewed a fast food joint. The expectations are just too low. However, i have been coming here on Saturdays as my go-to for a quick lunch while running errands for the last 4 weeks or so. Being from the food industry myself, to say that I continue to be amazed is an understatement. This place has to be some kind of corporate training center or something. The people are amazing. If you go inside and put your back against the wall and just watch the precision, communication and teamwork between what seems to be 50 (even though it’s probably more like 20 doing the work of 50) young people between the ages of 16 and 30 (guessing) you will be astonished. Smiles on EVERYONE’s faces, genuine concern to “get it right for the customer”, everyone is respectful with “yes sir”, and “no sir”, and eye contact which is super important with all the masking. As i waited for my food, i watched the register attendant who was a trainee realize she had no one in line at the same time her manager did. She looked at the manager and the manager said “now that your line is empty, take a look at your station and think about things we go through the fastest or what is too low, and go fill it because if you get a rush you dont want to run out of something”. The trainee looked around and said “ice. We need ice” the manager smiled at her and she went and got ice. You dont see any of this in most normal restaurants. An average manager would be condescending and bark the order to “go get ice”. This manager made the trainee think, without giving the answer and explained why it was important in under 3 seconds. I applaud whoever is in charge and whoever created the program, and if this place is not a corporate training center of some type, then someone needs to fly in from wherever head quarters is and pat this team on the back, for real. If you are a leader of people, trainer of some kind, especially in the food biz, come here and take notes. Seriously. Oh, the food is consistently good too, but who cares? If you’ve ever driven by and it is packed (which is 24-7), the reason is not necessarily the food. Its these people, their system, their recruiting and their leadership. Bravo."
