"On our way to Montrose, my friend and I decided to stop for lunch and try something new, leading us to Himalayan Pun Hill Kitchen. Initially, we were a bit puzzled by the multiple doors on the building, but we found our way in through the entrance marked clearly. We were the only guests at the time, and a polite young woman welcomed us quietly, seated us efficiently, and promptly took our order. After a brief mix-up with the menu where they didn’t have an item we ordered, a gentleman kindly informed us and provided a menu for a new selection. The wait for our food was reasonable, and the dishes were absolutely worth it. The flavors of the Aloo Paratha, Veggie Samosa, Chicken Sekuwa, and Chicken Korma were phenomenal—each dish offering a delightful culinary experience. The Aloo Paratha and Chicken Sekuwa, in particular, were standout favorites with their unique and simple flavors. However, the ambiance of the restaurant did leave me pondering its cleanliness. The tablecloths, tucked under glass, had visible food stains on the overhanging portions, and the surrounding areas like the ceiling and bathroom also needed attention, showing signs of dirt and neglect. Despite the concerns about cleanliness, the food was excellent, and the restaurant was quiet with efficient service. For those who prefer pristine dining environments, perhaps consider takeout. The flavors here are not to be missed!"
