"I’m a regular customer there and I really love this place, but this time I’m really upset with the service provided by the new hispanic woman waitress and the quality of the food that was served to my husband today. First of all her attitude was rude and she was in a hurry mode. We asked her for steak chilaquiles which is what my husband order ALL THE TIME and this time his steak was raw so we asked her to ask the cooker to cook it more. She claim that the kind of steak is the way they serve it. When she came back the new piece was burned) she argued with us and told my husband that from now and on the steak is going to be serve that way and if he doesn’t like it then he must remember to let the waitress know that he wants it well done otherwise pretty much you have to eat it like that. So I told her well is your job as waitress to ask the client how he wants his steak specially if you know that’s the way they will serve a steak now. No because you serve it raw the client has to eat it raw. Also, we ask for a decaf coffee and she brought the same coffee we gave back to her and she forgot to bring us the wrap cream for his pancakes. She is sooo rude and in a hurry to attend other tables and doesn’t care her current clients. When I asked her for my check she took her sweet time to bring it that I had to stand up and go to the front to pay, when she saw me she went very quick to say, oh I have your check here and we didn’t charge you for the chilaquiles because your husband wasn’t happy with it and she say it in spanish so the other people don’t understand."

"for the first time here and for the first time at a peet coffee in general complete disclosure: I worked at an attorney's office that got a coffee with pellets on the truck. (a bit exaggerated, yes, but not every day, I would come to work, and the place smells exactly as if it were a coffee house! Of course, lawyers are famous for the work through the night and need coffee on iw drip to come through late night powwows. and peet is governed in my ****. but the coffee always smells so strong that I never dared. (I'm a coffee weakening. I admit it! I believe it and like it sweet and bright NOT dark, strong and thick as nzin, but I was there to meet a young lady I had asked to do the cover art for my upcoming romance. she is in high school and not profi, but she is a really talented artist. I love meeting people who have talent and passion and see if I can get them in the flashlight with / for their talent. And my bookcover, I hope would be a great opportunity to present their talent. (and yes, I want to pay her. that would be their first professional, and I can say one day, well, they know, of course, that I was their first paying customer (I am really not sure that they want to go into the art as a career or just keep them hobby and they (then) agreed to do the job! yay anyhow, they live in another city, so Peet’s was their choice for one! my tee was ready before I back my wallet to my bag somehow, as I know that peet hibiscus tee has, I am back and one day I bring the mut to taste her coffee. maybe if professional baristas make it (and not a group of lawyers), it will be better. Anyway, I can't stand deaduck's coffee, so peet would have a loyal customer in me if I like her coffee or her hot chocolate. (I love hot chocolate, but thisucks even makes terrible hot chocolate, so I stopped going there because I never found anything I could drink and enjoy)! next time I go to cooler weather, I will try peets hot chocolate and see if I like it. (and hopefully I will remember to publish an update"
