"This is the absolutely worst Chick-fil-A experience and encounter I’ve ever had. I’d love to write to corporate because there’s no way these reviews, or the experience I just had are consistent with the quality and integrity the chain claims to uphold. From the service line onward, the guy taking my order pretends to scan my reward, places in the wrong order for a simple 8 count meal. He never repeats the order, asks me for sauces, nothing… I’d been distracted but the total appeared stranger; which I’d realized after viewing the receipt was because he rang in almost an entirely different order. I get to the window…they’re taking selfies…….. I make mention of the error with how the milkshake I’d asked for was made. The boy shakes the top of the milkshake off, removes what I didn’t order and just adds to the base of what’s there. I wait longer to ask for sauces…….they remain inattentive and dismissive. I couldn’t tell if it’s because this is a predominantly white location or what but the quality of the service and food absolutely trash. I am planning to maintain my receipt to account for the experience and discuss the interactions with a manager as soon as possible. I’m not quite sure it’ll actually land so I’m certainly preparing to provide corporate with a more detailed account. They need help because they drive the decency of Chick Fil A into the ground. Absolutely disgusting experience."

"I just wanted Grato 's employee, especially manager Joe and server Diego, for our meal on Wednesday night extra special. They really went beyond and beyond. When I made our reservation, I stated in the special request department that my husband and I were interested in revealing our own date night sex. I mentioned that I had a cover from the doctor with me, and if they didn't mind writing the sex on a dessert plate or something else, that would be fun for us. We really didn't want to worry anyone, so I stressed the low key and said it was okay if they thought they were too busy to take place. On the contrary, we were so honored and surprised to find that Joe, Diego, and the staff went out to make our evening special. We came to the restaurant to find a welcome baby balloon on our table, with specially printed menus only written on them with Boy or Girl. Diego took one of the signature cocktails and made a great version without alcohol for me. We really enjoyed our meal (pro usual, and the staff was incredibly attentive (also per ordinary). After our meal, Joe and Diego presented us with a plate with all kinds of baby paraphernalia, including a Harvest Restaurant group bb, pink and blue socks, decorative pacifiers, etc. in pink and blue, and it definitely has increased the anticipation. The revelation was presented to us in a dramatic mocktail form, where they brought a shaker to our table and poured a BLUE drink into a chilled martini glass. They literally orchestrated the right amount of construction to the conclusion, with a number of photo opportunities and souvenirs to take home for the baby book and show our families. It meant a lot that they seemed really excited to have us there and do that for us. We spent the night before the arrival of our first child three years ago at Grato by taking different name options on a cocktail lapkin (which we still have). We did not want to reveal a huge proportion of a sex this time, but we wanted to do something strange in our favorite place (that we are so grateful is open again! Joe and Diego hit the nail on the head so it's a special night for us. We shared the video of performance with all our friends and family, many of whom react with me 'll be sure to visit Grato next time I'm in town! Thank you again to Grato's staff, who far exceed our expectations and create the absolute perfect experience!"

"I was here last night with my dad and cousins and after our very pleasant experience I'd surely return! Admittedly I was reluctant to try this place due to some of the negative reviews but my dad and his colleagues and my one cousin had dined here before and had nothing but favorable things to say, so we decided on Zin Burger after an unsuccessful day down the shore pier fishing. We needed to eat our feelings since we couldn't eat anything from our empty pale! From the moment we walked in we were greeted by sweet hostesses and brought to a booth since we had a service dog with us. They were very accommodating when we asked if we could have a booth after the hostess initially brought us to a table. She was very nice. I love a great juicy burger so when I saw all of the different types of burgers on the menu I was not only impressed but overwhelmed in a good way! I went with the Breakfast Burger- get a load of this decadence: It's a burger with a fried egg, Applewood smoked bacon, American cheese, avocado, lettuce, tomato and mayo! Jackpot guys. I felt like I won the burger lotto. Although I'm not a fan of Kobe beef for personal reasons, I think it's cool you can substitute the regular patty with a prime rib blended or Beyond Burger (vegan) patty (Kobe beef option too but as I mentioned I don't eat Kobe). Our server (I wish I could recall his name) was very professional and efficient! He was a taller gentleman in his late 40s it seemed. Great person and very accommodating! I had the Juniper Mule cocktail: Hendrick's gin, Ginger beer, cucumber, Elderflower and basil leaf...it was mixed incredibly well, refreshing and just a delicious choice. Oh, how could I forget the delectable sides?! The sides are not included with the burgers but our waiter told us this ahead of time and was sure to also mention the Burger Special for that day. Back to the sides...we shared the Tater Tots which comes with chorizo and habanero cheese sauce- hot and spicy but if you can handle it, I highly recommend it. We also ordered the Double Truffle Fries which are made with Truffle Aioli, Truffle Oil, and Parmesan cheese. Another one knocked outta the park. The manager was walking around supervising and stopped by to ask how everything was. More points. When we left we were so full and so happy. We're already planning our next meat soirée here. The setting is nice- it's different- light wood and an open modern plan but still welcoming with a great vibe. Check it out if you're up for seriously getting your best burger groove back."
