"Unfortunately, we'll never be back. It used to be a beautiful place. Yesterday we had quite a terrible experience. First, the cheesecake appetizer was pretty rough. It was pommes, pork, bacon and some kind of cream sauce. EXTREMELY bland, but the pulled pork was in this massive, mushy pieces. My husband? Caesar salad had brown baked leaves. My son asked for celery with his wings. No included. But my court? I ordered the first rib sandwich. What arrived was a role, with salad tomatoes onion etc. On top was a thin, hard, dry, hockey puck textured good-done steak. That thing wasn't even the right size for the bread. I'm the least picking person on the planet and I can't remember the last time I sent back, if at all. But that was simply not possible. I'd break a tooth trying to bite into that thing. The waitress who, by the way, was an absolute doll came back from the kitchen and said they told her the steak was in the middle? That the meat seemed hard because the orchard on the outside? Who told her that? It's not my first time I ate food. I know when something is unusable. What is more, whoever managed this night refused to remove it from the bill. So the waitress took away my food, my family ate. I sat there with a side salad I ordered. The waitress offered a replacement, but my God with the experience this night I was definitely no longer interested in eating something else. And then we have to wait for a new meal to come? Would everyone at my table? It was done. I never had bad customer service from the administration in a restaurant. Usually people try to improve your experience in at least one way. I even told her I was happy to talk to the manager himself, but nobody ever came to the table! At the end, the nice waitress took off the bill, but unfortunately the OUT OF HER POCKET came. Better, Square Mile. You're going to take the list off."
