"My husband and i had the pleasure of dining here about a week ago. It was right before the church rush, so the dining room was fairly empty. We are creatures of habit so we of course sat at the bar. First off, let me tell you about the seats at the bar. I hate it when we sit down and the seat part is too short so I feel like I'm constantly sliding off. Or the foot rest is just a touch too far down, so my feet dangle like a kid. These stools were the perfect size! They were perfect for my 5'7 frame but also extremely comfortable for my 6' husband. The bar top was deep enough to fit my legs under while i ate so i didnt have to angle my legs. The bar height was not too high but not so short that I had to hunch over. The combination was so inviting and comfortable that you could easily spend a few hours there and honestly not even notice. Our bartender was Melissa. She was super professional and very helpful. I will admit: my husband and I are needy. Not to say that we are difficult customers, we just have a bad habit of not stating everything we need at once. She never once batted an eye or was cross in anyway. She has a great personality and just gained two more regulars. We had the house margaritas on the rocks with an extra shot. After my second one, I had to make sure to order an extra taco, if you know what i mean. Our food came out quickly and hot. The salsa is delicious. There were two things that put this place at a slight disadvantage: the chips were on the thin side and not salty enough and the tiles in the bathroom were slick to the point where you can slide across them without picking your feet up at all."
