"We had our 50th wedding anniversary with 15 of our family friends last Friday night in the Wine Library which is just down a path from the main restaurant. The venue is elegant the perfect setting for an intimate dinner, decorated in rich wood beautiful furniture. Dinner consisted of appetizers (Bruschetta Proscuitto wrapped honeydew cantaloupe melon. Drinks fromthe bar were delicious, we chose local wines from Hearst Ranch, Tolosa Gainey which paired perfectly with our main entrees ofScottish Salmon in lemon sauce Angus Striploin with Red wine Demi glacé, served with mashed potatoes sautéed spinach.Fresh bread butter and a warm from the oven berry tart with Berry sorbet. Both entrees were perfectly cooked, beautifullyplated with generous portions the dessert was a huge hit with our guests. Working with Kristi, the events manager, wasdelightful easy and her attention to detail was spot on. This was a wonderful experience such a perfect, memorable evening we can’t recommend Adelina’s enough if you’re looking for a great place for a banquet or just a fine dining experience."
