"I LOVE Roots! The decor, the furniture, the plants, the food (especially all of the vegan options . However, I am going to deduct a star because I really feel like this place could use a good manager to oversee basic things, like cleanliness and staff. This place is so nice, but dirty. The restrooms especially. I would love to see this place cleaned up, friendlier staff, and consistent music (sometimes its on, sometimes its not . It has great potential and could really use a good, friendly manager! (The staff is very hipster, which can be cool but some of them are rude and not professional. They stand around a lot when there are a ton of dirty dishes in the bucket and the bathrooms are gross. MANAGER ON DUTY NEEDED! I will end on a good note, GREAT PRODUCTS! DELICIOUS COFFEE AND FOOD!"
