"We generally enjoy dining here, but during our last visit, we were disappointed. The pizza crust was quite soggy, almost as if it had been sitting for a while, and it wasn't very hot when it reached our table. While our waitress was friendly, she was difficult to locate when we needed assistance. Additionally, we were charged a 20% gratuity for our party, which consisted of just our family of five, including two toddlers. I found this to be excessive, and unfortunately, we would have left a larger tip if it hadn't been included."

"only for a quick to the breakfast. was a bit of a peckish, so I ordered the big breakfast of grannie's omelet. hide! if they have ever seen the show shitt 's creek, this diner reminds me of the diner that was shown on the show. it has the typical north stonington small-town atmosphere with customers and employees who chat in conversations and with each other. I love the mood here. I just wish it was more business for the owners. the first time here and do not define the last!"

"The chicken noodle soup was homemade and delicious.turkey sandwich with avocado spread fantastic. Served with a side, I chose field greens. Country style feel to place. Large craft beer selection. Indoor and outside seating. Nice staff and super cleanfacility"

"First impressions are always the most important. Press on made a great one. As soon as we walked into the clean and well signed restaurant, we were greated by a cheerful woman with a big smile. Off the bat I knew this visit was on the right path. Big clearmenu of the amazing eats looks you right in the face. I went with the sandwich they are well known for, the Holy Grail. Whengoing to pay I saw the Massive chocolate chip cookies so I knew dessert was on the menu as well. For a side I got the Tai peanutpasta. Service was quick and I anxiously took the first bite. Flavor profiles were a love mixture with everyone workingtogether on your pallet but no one overpowering the other. Fresh, tasteful, big portions, perfection. 10 out of 10. Not onething I would change or even suggest. The people of Press On know what they are doing and they do it well. Onto the 6 inchdiameter cookie. Huge chunks of chocolate in the softest cookie form. Dreamy. I think someone's grandmother is in the backwhipping up these cookies. The Tai peanut pasta was so good. I could eat a giant bowl of it. Flavorful again, strong and bold.Definitely left me craving for some more. There's many restaurants in the area. Many of them good, but do not stick out likePress on. They have found a niche of a quick flavorful fresh tasty sandwich that is different from other offerings making them astand alone in a league of their own. "Four of us recently dined here. My companion and I had not eaten here in several years no reason why). The place has very nice ambience. Tables are spaced appropriately to encourage normal levels of conversation. The service brilliant except the entrees arrived well before the antipasto was done. That should not occur. We all skipped salads but shared the Antipasto Plate $21). This serving was large and full of options. Yummy We decided to use two checks so I cannot comment on the cost for two companions. For entrees two Tuna Specials $38 per) were ordered, my companion had one. It was ordered as rare and accompanied by a risotto. The tuna portion was of nicely sized, done perfectly as was the risotto both reported as very tasty. The remaining two entries were Veal Parmigiana with spaghetti $29.95) and Swordfish with Risotto asparagus $28.95). The Veal was reported as tender and tasty. It was a large portion. The spaghetti potion was too large and a bit watery to the taste. I had the Swordfish. It was very tasty, but the portion on the small side. It also needed another minute or two in the skillet. The risotto was well portioned but the asparagus pieces were undercooked. I suspect to add crunch . For that purpose it did it 's job, but not to the customers benefit. Dessert was one Tiramisu $12) and one Crème Brûlée $11). Both reported as nicely done. So there you have it. With 2 glasses of French Sauvignon Blanc $25) plus tax and tip we were out the door $135 and change. We will be back and more recently than previous. Magoo"
